Goomy Crochet Pattern

This is my first time writing down a pattern I’ve made so there might be see rough spots, send in an ask if there’s any problems.

You can use any hook that fits the gauge of your yarn but make sure you yarn is all relatively the same weight

Supplies:

Light purple yarn

Dark purple yarn

Bright green yarn

Black yarn scraps

Sewing needle

Stuffing

Stitches used (American terms):

Magic ring (mr)

Single crochet (sc)

Increase/two stitches in one (inc)

Decrease/crochet two stitches together (dec)

Half double crochet (hdc)

Double crochet (dc)

Treble crochet (trc)

Slip stitch (slsc)

Working in back loops only (BLO)

You will have to increase using a treble crochet this will be indicated by trc {inc}

Body: make in light purple

That’s all the pieces completed! Now to sew everything together. Sew the bottom piece onto the body so that it’s making full contact.

Now find a spot along the middle segment that you want to be your face, position your cheek circles so they are evenly on both the bottom and top. Add small embroidery eyes using your black yarn scraps in between your two cheeks. Next position the large antenna so they are inline with your eyes, and closer to the back of the head I recommend just pinning them at first and positioning your small antenna at the same time. Sew them in place once your satisfied with their position

Finally sew the three green circles spaced out along the back following the curve of the bottom piece.

I will never forgive the bots who send me fake messages.

I see that [1] next to my messages and I am like "FRIEND??? MESSAGE FOR ME???" and then I see a bot. There is no greater betrayal. Stabbing me in the back would hurt less and also be less lethal. 10 000 agonies upon me. Unbelievable.
