Do not shop/online shop

Skip school/work if you are able to

Be present & active on social media and uplift Palestinian voices

Draw, write, sing, create art for Palestine

Repost & boost Palestine related content on social media

Educate yourself about the issue

We have been asked to strike during these days by the lovely & hardworking journalist Bisan from Gaza. Let's all try our best for a people being tested with the harshest conditions imaginable. The occupation must be held accountable.

so bisan has called for another global strike on the 21st, and since people complained that last time was "without enough notice" here's some ways to educate yourself + prepare for the strike this time around:

the last strike called for a total boycott of all goods for the day, putting pressure on corporations and governments with a total withdrawal from the economy that day. the idea is to center your whole day around calling for a ceasefire and centering palestine in your discussions pic.twitter.com/cajov8QTt9

in december many people worked to get #StrikeForGaza trending, so the goal of the day if you choose to be on social media is to spend the day educating and platforming palestine, and to not take away from any of the important discussions at hand

The strike is from January 21 to January 28. It is a whole week long, please pressure and demand for the end of the occupation and end of the continuous military invasion and aerial bombardment. This global strike is for 1 week. It starts on January 21st and goes until January 28th. These folks on X have complied information for people to read about. This is the LEAST we can do. The bare minimum. Unless it is for necessity or you have to work of course -please participate.
