You're standing in the VIP section of the grand concert hall, your mask covering most of your face and your cap covering the rest. The MOA bong in your hand was blinking wildly. Despite your arm growing tired, you didn't stop waving the lightstick. Noticing the phone in your face beside you, you turn to the person next to you with a big smile. Wooyoung has his camera on you. You can't see his face, as he's wearing a similar disguise to you, but you know he's grinning. Your attention is forced away from Wooyoung as your boyfriend starts singing his part on the stage.

"Yeonjun!" you shouted, your screams blending in with the rest of the crowd. "Wooyoung, are you seeing this!?"

You heard Wooyoung laughing beside you, but you didn't care - you only had eyes for Yeonjun. The big screen by the stage showed a close up of his face and, although you knew that he couldn't possibly see you, you felt like he was looking right at you. You sang along to the song on the top of your lungs, wishing that this night wouldn't end.

After the concert ended, you and Wooyoung decided to sneak backstage to meet the group. After showing your IDs to the bodyguards, you were allowed to pass without any trouble. The hallways were dimly lit, and there were staff members rushing around to clean up, so it was quite a challenge to locate their dressing room. But you managed to find it eventually.

"Put your clothes on, I'm coming in!" Wooyoung shouted from the other side of the door.

You waited by the door. Yeonjun wasn't actually aware that you were there. Wooyoung had texted you about having an extra ticket a few hours before the concert, and the two of you had crafted a plan to surprise him. The last concert of the tour being in Seoul was definitely convenient for you. From the other side of the door, you could hear him congratulating the boys over a great final concert.

"Oh, Yeonjun!" Wooyoung's voice sounded muffled through the door. "I actually have a surprise for you!"

"What? Really?" You smiled at the sound of your boyfriend's voice, your heart beating faster as you thought about what his face would look like when you came in through the door.

"You didn't get us anything?" another member asked with a teasing tone.

"I mean, technically you could all share the gift." Wooyoung pulled down the door handle. "But I don't think Yeonjun would approve."

The door swung and you shouted "Surprise!" with your arms stretched out over your head. There was a pause, where no one reacted to Yeonjun's "present" - so, you pulled down your mask under your chin and grinned proudly at him. Yeonjun came running and wrapped his arms around you, burying his nose in the crook of your neck.

"What are you doing here?" he muttered against your skin, and you could feel his smile as he pressed a few kisses to your neck.

"I'm your surprise." You giggled and tried to pry his arms off you to get a better look at him.

"No, don't let go," he whined, only loud enough for you to hear.

"Let me say hi to everyone, babe." You gave him a last squeeze before pulling away from him slightly. "You were amazing out there!"

"Yeah? Weren't I the best?" He grinned proudly, ignoring the groans coming from behind him. "You think I was the best, right?"

A sly smile fell upon your lips as you looked past his shoulder. Maybe you had been hanging out too much with Wooyoung, or maybe you were just in a certain mood tonight, but you were up to mischief.

"You were very good, but Soobin- oh my god!" You walked past him and up to an unknowing Soobin. "You were fantastic! I mean- I'd lie if I said you weren't my bias wrecker-"

The tall man stared down at you with big eyes, not knowing what to say - he couldn't just accept the compliment, could he? Wooyoung was snickering behind you, but you couldn't be bothered with him right now.

"Hey!" Yeonjun made you snap your head back at him again. "I'm your boyfriend!"

"And Soobin's my bias wrecker," you replied and put your hand on Soobin's shoulder.

"Guys, can we not-" Soobin tried to interject, but Wooyoung beat him to it.

"Here!" he exclaimed with his phone in his hand. "Yeonjun, watch this."

Coming from Wooyoung's phone, you could hear the sounds of a large crowd screaming and the title track from TXT's latest comeback. And then-

"Yeonjun! Wooyoung, are you seeing this!? Baby, I love you!"

Your eyes widened at the sound of your own voice coming from Wooyoung's phone. Beomgyu was almost on the floor laughing, while Huening Kai and Taehyun were snickering beside him. You removed your hand from Soobin's shoulder and ran towards Wooyoung's phone, trying to snatch it away from him.

"Holy shit, Yeonjun you're so sexy!" Your voice kept echoing through the phone.

Yeonjun's big smile told you everything as he took the phone from Wooyoung and held it far over his head. Regret over your actions washed over you as he kept playing the video with a proud look in his eyes.

"You can't lie to me," he teased as he finally turned off the video. "I know you only had eyes for me!"

While the rest of the group were making fake gagging noises, Yeonjun gave you a warm smile. A silent "thank you for being here, thank you for focusing on me."

After the group got ready to leave, and after Wooyoung said goodbye, you and Yeonjun got into a car going home. His arm was wrapped around your shoulders, his face in the crook of your neck, as he finally relaxed after a hard day's work. The driver drove as quickly as he could, but you still felt like it wasn't fast enough. You wanted to go home, to be alone with your boyfriend after so many nights without him.

"Did you enjoy yourself, baby?" he muttered with a knowing smile.

"... you know I did," you muttered back.

"Good," he said. "Only have eyes for me, okay?"

"Okay."

thinking about vernon's partner being so adored by some of his members it's actually ridiculous.

like, everyone's at a party and dino comes straight to you and says "let's do a drinking match, i wanna see who can drink faster, me or you". vernon just side eyes the maknae, and you're quick to say "it's okay, i got this, babe".

you win the first round, drinking a full glass of beer milliseconds faster than dino. seungkwan laughs at the maknae, saying he finally found his match. as the two are bickering, some other members come to watch what's all the fuzz about.

"how many more can you take?"

"about three glasses, otherwise i'll get drunk", you tell dino, who looks at vernon for approval.

"they say it's three glasses, then it's three glasses", he shrugs.

the second round is about to start when wonwoo says "wait, wait, wait~ let me record this"; seungkwan is the mc of everything, presenting both of you to the camera and placing bets on who's gonna win.

vernon holds back his smile as he sees all of you laughing, and secretly bets 10 bucks on you.

dino gets the second round though, lucky that the beer went down wrongly and a bit of it came out through your nose.

"aigoo, are you okay?", vernon asks, reaching for you when you start coughing.

third round is a show apart. dino gets four glasses of beer - two for you, two for him. "okay, show me what you got".

he claims soonyoung as his assistant, making his hyung hold his second glass; vernon obviously offers himself as your assistant too.

"you got this, babe", he encourages you. behind him there's mingyu, praying that you don't - he had bet 20 bucks on dino.

"if dino lose, seungcheol will pay for everyone's meal", jeonghan announces while the leader tries to slap him.

"you gotta win this"; "please, i want a free meal"; "this is stupid" - are things you hear, the last one being said by seungcheol.

when the third round starts, you can literally see vernon by the corner of your eye, ready to catch you in case you need it. you gulp down the second glass like a champ, beating dino by a whole second.

it's hilarious how seungkwan pushes vernon out of the way to grab you by the arms and jump around, celebrating your victory. mingyu and junhui go to dino, holding the maknae by his face while saying "you did good, we're proud of you" - although they can't help but laugh when minghao says "you owe me 5 bucks, you loser" to the youngest.

jihoon looks at vernon laughing with you, quickly pressing a kiss to the corner of your lips before he turns to seungcheol. "can i order anything of the menu?".
