You Know What's Just Peak Fiction?
You know what's just peak fiction?
Mysterious islands that pop up out of nowhere, like you can't go wrong with that setting.
It's naturally mysterious, offers a great natural way to keep the story and characters contained and is just overall a great aesthetic.

Yes, hello Ms. Farell?
I'm also a scientific consultant that writes technobabble, punish me.
star trek actors are so strong for doing technobabble with a straight face. if you asked me to talk about how the technicron particles are mainlining the quantum blorbonator I would fall apart immediately
Idk if that was intentional but I think that's actually a great metaphor for the kind of bigotry that Terra Prime represents.
The kind of irrational, pure hatred that makes you feel disgusted to the core by something as innocent as a tiny, innocent baby solely for who their parents are.
It's the same kind of bigotry that makes you angry at 6 year old Ruby Bridges for going to a white school or at a tv show for showing a black woman in the same room as her white colleagues.
It's unfortunately very real.
Love how Terra Prime made Elizabeth to be all "look at this horrible GENETIC FREAK! This MONSTER will surely spark public revulsion" and she's just like:

That is an actual pixie. Little fairy baby. In what universe was that supposed to work?
