It’s in “Tales from the Hood” when Mr. Canis is on the platform about to be executed (after the trial of the Wolf, who has almost complete control. Mayor Heart asks him if he has any last words and he looks out at the crowd and LAUGHS. And Sheriff Nottingham goes “What’s so funny?” And the Wolf/Mr. Canis says “Look at all the monsters.”

That is one of the greatest lines I have ever heard.
