Hiii. many of you don’t know me my name is Nadine. i’m 26 from New York. i currently live on the west coast and i’m about to face eviction due to this pandemic taking anyway all my means of income. i’m currently pregnant with twins and this a very big deal to me cause i was told i could never get pregnant which makes my pregnancy a high risk for both me and my babies. i’m blessed but also scared cause i’ve been through miscarriages before and one of my babies heart is currently very faint. they’re afraid she might not make it if she does she’ll be having heart surgery once she’s born. right now i’m in desperate need of help. I’m trying to place a deposit and first months rent on a apartment and i’m also trying to supply my fridge because i have not been eating nor taking the appropriate nutrients for my babies due to me being broke. i currently only have $2 to my name. prayers are great but here are organisations you can support and donate to after the explosion in beirut, lebanon. as of right now august 4th 2020, 10 bodies have been recovered and hundreds are injured, and entire neighbourhoods including hospitals have been destroyed. we’re already in an economic crisis and famine on top of covid and our government, as usual, has done and is doing nothing to help us, much less the refugees. we still don’t know what or who set off the explosion. we have 1.5 million syrian refugees and 300k palestinian refugees who also need help.
