In a Genshin obesity AU mood after having added Ga Ming and Freminet, send over some questions and ideas over at my asks of them or any of the other guys!

Will Freminet ever become more confident and comfortable with his body? Or will he simply just become begrudgingly complacent as he continues to grow?

Knowing Freminet, I doubt he'd ever reach a point where he's actually confident showing himself, but I can see him just pushing himself to accept that he's just massive and won't stop getting heavier anyways, so he shouldn't be so anxious of people seeing him all the time.

There's thousands and thousands of guys just as big and much bigger than him in Fontaine, so even if he doesn't really like being so extremely obese, he would start to realize that he's not really much different than many other guys in the region

From your last post about the mobility classes in Fontaine and seeing that when you go over 4000 lbs you are considered fat, I wonder if in Fontaine there are Obese and Morbidly Obese classes? Also a while ago you mentioned that the prisoners of Fontaine Fortress become fatter than the average citizen of Fontaine, so are they fat or do they have their own category?

Do you also think that within the AU there is someone (some god or similar) who ever dictated how fat the inhabitants of a nation would be?

Hi! Indeed, the immobile class bracket begins with the Obese class. Here's a quick chart with them all to make things easier to understand ^^

For your genshin au, if somebody were not a native to fontaine, and they start at say 200lbs, a similar size to how you portray Lyney, how quickly would they gain weight if they were there for say, a week or 2 vs a month or 2 vs a more extended period of time?

Visiting Fontaine means knowing you will come out with extra weight no matter what. Tourists who stay at Fontaine for a short while accept the extra weight and shed it off once they're back to their hometown, but it really is just unavoidable to get very fat the longer you stay in that region.

The biggest victims of this tend to be businessmen, who are required to stay in the cities' walls for a week or even a couple months, and the results vary wildly cause of it. If a 200lbs Liyuean merchant were to have to stay at Fontaine for business reasons, he could easily put on a hundred pounds in just a couple months. Or if he had to stay a whole year, well... He would come back home with hundreds of extra pounds, and at that point it would become too hard to lose it anymore.

It's incredibly rude to decline a meal in Fontaine, and when all the residents celebrate and mourn everything with three-course meals made out of heavily processed foods, it's kind of unavoidable.
