Personally I prefer to hand wash my partners. It's more personal that way. But yeah I definitely would feel bad for them if I put them in the washer or something cause it's dark in there. But then again it is very efficient at cleaning so idk

i broke up with my long distance bf lately and i still have the plushie he sent me among his other gifts like jewelry n trinkets

it’s rather bittersweet because even though they are reminders of rather painful memories, i would never want to give them away or get rid of them for any reason. it would kill me to make them feel ashamed or like they’re unwelcome for being associated with someone i no longer want in my life. i want them to take on a life of their own and for me to cherish them in their own way like i do with all my other plushies, jewelry, etc

i feel like a dad going through a divorce n trying to console his kid through it 😭 i just wanna hold them all close to me n tell them it’s not their fault n it’s gonna be okay. they don’t deserve the pain im projecting onto them.
