Min Yoongi doesn’t mind the fox at all. She’s quiet and respectful, which makes Yoongi really happy because he’s not much of a talker. The fox isn’t annoying at all. She cleans up after herself, doesn’t bother Yoongi when he’s producing, and she minds her own business. Yoongi thinks that she’s the perfect roommate for him.

Of course, he’d only found out that the fox was ever only quiet and shy because she was hugely intimidated by the panther. When you had first found out that you were going to be living with another hybrid like yourself, you were ecstatic! But then they told you that the hybrid was a male panther, and all your excitement turned into fear. Naturally, panthers dwarf foxes. They’re big, strong and you were almost certain that Min Yoongi would be scary, towering over you with his fangs bared.

When the panther finally met you, he was drenched from the Autumn rain. To you, he looked like a wet cat who hated water. To be honest, you were surprised that he wasn’t the nightmare you had imagined him to be. In fact, he wasn’t the black panther you had expected. He was a white panther. His hair was bleached like snow and his eyes were a cold, pale silver. He ran a hand through his hair, pushing back his fringe so that he could see you more. He had a delicate sharpness to his face with a slight sense of ruggedness. One thing was for sure, you weren’t wrong about the fangs. Although they weren’t as big and terrifying as your mind had pictured, it was still enough to sink into the skin and pierce someone’s neck. It scared you even more.

Yoongi was used to it though. He knew how weird it was to see a panther with albinism. When he found out that his new roommate would be a fennec fox, he was instantly intrigued. There weren’t a lot of fennec foxes in Daegu considering the fact that that particular breed of hybrids like it warm and near desserts. It was certainly odd and rare to see a fennec fox in Yoongi’s hometown. Before packing his bags, Yoongi had done some research. He realized that he knew nothing about fennec foxes and decided that if he was going to have a roommate, he might as well be nice to them. The panther gathered that fennec foxes were nocturnal and are naturally warm, and he did find out that they were quite shy and curious. So it was no surprise to Yoongi when you blinked blankly up at him. Yoongi could smell the fear laced in with your peachy scent. He chuckled, clearly amused, voice low and honeyed as he tilts his head at you.

“I’m Yoongi.” He said, smiling softly so that you wouldn’t get scared. “I’m your new roommate.”
