While re-watching Episode 12 I noticed smth, the amulet’s thread in ‘Flower’ was light green, but in ‘Secret’ it’s black/dark red. It is of that colour in 'Secret', because it has Dan Oh’s blood on it.. she had it on her when she was stabbed & the thread got soaked in her blood. That’s why Haru’s scar hurt when he first held it in the trip episode.

We now know for certain that Haru was the one to bury the box there with the amulet in it, after Dan Oh died.. I might have to go back and rewatch the episode with the trip, but I'm pretty sure that the place he buried it at, was her home/her quarters.

Before re-watching Episode 12, I just thought that the discoloration of the amulet was due to time, due to it being old.. it only clicked when I re-watched this episode last night, that it was actually like that because of Dan Oh's blood..

A beautiful and powerful scene that everyone around him who hears of his poem are stunned to silence not by the mere brilliance of the poem but moved by his emotions, sensing his pain. I am not sure if this poem really exist in real life or cleverly written script for the show but I sure would like to read more of it if it does exist in Korean history.
