She hums gently, brushing his wild tresses adoringly as he keeps trailing little kisses up and down her torso.

“That you’re here with me…” he parts his lips. “That we got out… that you’re having my baby.”

“Me either,” she exhales, fingers curling in his hair. “…It’s our little miracle.”

She feels him smile hugely at that as he plants one more kiss against her crest of her stomach. She can’t be sure, but she thinks she almost feels something inside of her, the slightest, little movement. But that’s impossible this early.

Covering her back up, he pulls himself up along her body, forearms bracketing her, his eyes warm and loving, making her melt against the sheets.

“Never really believed in miracles,” he tells her before leaning down, brushing his lips against hers. “Until you.”
