Daisy Jones and The Six episode 2 + 3 review

I loved it, tbh. 8/10 because it's not the book, and Eddie annoyed me. It was great though, maybe too many time skips (between Billy meeting Julia and Christmas had to be at least 4 months.) Poor Simone with the creepy producer, and Daisy immediately noticing that something was wrong when she came home. I loved the Simonebernie meet cute, and the Karengraham foreshadowing.

The Billy and Julia moments were perfect, this is one of the few episodes that shows how much he loves her.

Also, Eddie is not a better singer and guitarist than Billy 🤷🏻‍♀️

Loved Daisy for pushing Wyatt into the pool

Okay, once the band broke up, The Dunne's should've moved back to Hazelwood like Graham did.

Billy had every right to be mad at Daisy for changing the song.

Forgot episode 2 lol.

8/10. I loved the Camibilly wedding, and her telling him about her pregnancy, Billy being supportive, Graham being happy for Billy, Billy's phonecall with Marlene. I loved the Billy and Teddy moments in the episodes. I loved that shot of Camila in the hospital bed holding Julia.

I'll be watching the other episodes, but I'll probably skip 7 bc 1. It's mostly Daisy and 2. I can't stand seeing Nicky for more than 5 minutes.

Overall, I mostly watched for Camibilly and Julia + fic references .

Episode 6 is gonna make me so mad, tbh. I'll just skip what does. Maybe pretend the Daisy and Billy kiss is Camibilly 🤷🏻‍♀️

Also, in the book, Billy mentioned Marlene dying in 1994. Since Camila died sooner in the show, that means she only died a year or two after Marlene. Poor Billy.

I really wish we had a name for Eddie's grandma, and knew who the lady standing with her as the band arrives in Pittsburgh (episode 9) was. Eddie's mom? His aunt? Great aunt? Family friend? Who knows?

Did the show acknowledge how Daisy's mom was French and her dad was British?
