Reminds me of, in the book, when Susana and Maria were born and Billy felt guilty so he had to go into the hospital bathroom for a sec, but eventually did, instead of getting drunk or high. We didn't see Billy self improving in the show until the very end.

Also, this pic makes me imagine a scenario where Billy doubts himself after hearing rumors of Camila and Eddie, but she quickly comforts him and reassures that she doesn't want Eddie.
