So I'm curious, because it seems like you don't like Daisy at all (just from what I've seen, totally not trying to make assumptions):

What would you have preferred the conflict in the book and show to be? Most every story needs conflict, and it feels like the biggest conflict in DJATS was the chemistry between Billy and Daisy (though in the book it was more one sided, though I do argue that there definitely was SOME attraction to her on Billy's part even if he never acted on it), and the dangers it posed to the relationships around them (primarily Billy's marriage obviously but also Daisy coming in changed the dynamic of the band because everything wasn't just "what Billy says goes").

So if Daisy wasn't the train wreck that she was, I'm kinda curious how you would've preferred the plot to go? What would have been the conflict, what would have been the climax?

I do kinda like Daisy, a love-hate relationship. I don't like how the show erased that Billy would always choose his family. I'd prefer Daisy with Eddie. I think she did improve, after the band broke up. So while she's mostly annoying, I can relate to her.

RIP Eddie Munson, you would've loved SpongeBob SquarePants.

RIP Chrissy Cunningham, you would've loved Lover by Taylor Swift.
