Like and reblog if your account is a safe space for trans lesbians. It feels like trans lesbians in particular get shamed and ridiculed a lot by people in and out of the community. If you’re reading this I want to let you know you’re valid and I hope your safe and doing well.

What do you want? - Billy Hargrove x Fem Reader

image

A/N - While ya’ll wait for the Eddie fic I'm writing I will give you this to tide ya’ll over. This is kind of based off the first half of a request for this type of fic @motomamita posted on their page.

Contains - Fluff, and a shit ton of angst

Warnings - threating violence, gun, mentions of murder, let me know if I missed any

Summary - The reader (Eddie's twin sister) is staying at her boyfriend, Billy’s, house to avoid the public. Jason comes knocking on the door and isn’t too pleased with you.

Word Count - 1166

Having a suspected murderer for a brother can make a lot of people very upset with you. Some of them think you know where he is and others think that you helped him get away with it. Only two days had passed since Eddie Munson had disappeared, and the basketball team had already tried to corner you on three occasions. Thankfully Billy offered to let you stay with him until people began to come to their senses.

Living with Billy was nice, after the incident at star court Billy began going to therapy and started mending his relationship with Max.  Currently you and your boyfriend were in the living room talking about nothing terribly important. Days had passed since you joined him in his small house. So far nobody had found out where you had been hiding and you intended to keep it that way, the days passed much easier when you were only worrying about Eddie. Billy had believed you when you began to explain what had happened that night in their small trailer, after all he had been almost killed by that monster the previous summer.

Giving you a peck on the cheek he rose from the very comfortable position laying across your torso and started for the door to the room, “I’m going to go workout for a bit, when I’m finished we can watch that movie you like.” You grin up at him from the soft brown couch, and stand to walk with him.

“Alright, I’m gonna start making some food, so you don’t steal my popcorn.” shooting him a mock glare, you giggle as he shrugs as if saying, oops, sorry not sorry.

Not five minutes later a car came roaring up the street and screeching to a halt in front of Billy’s small yellow house. Your heart leaps into your throat as the captain of the Hawkins Tigers basketball team, Jason, climbs out of the passenger seat and starts up the cobbled path with his hands shoved into the deep pockets of his green and white sweater.

Ducking away from the window you pace down the hall your mind racing over how he could have found you. Billy had made sure you had been careful, you had made sure to only go out when necessary and always wore a hat and kept your head down. Bill had been careful and not told anyone you were staying with him, despite everyone in town knowing you two had been together nobody had come to the house looking for somebody to blame for Chrissy's death.

The doorbell cut through your spiraling into your thoughts, and you jumped slightly. slowly you approached the door, and were reaching for the handle when Jason's voice rang out cutting through door. “I know you’re in there Munson.” A pause where you gasped for breath as anxiety begins to take over your brain. “Come on, open the door, I only want to talk.”

You grasp the handle with shaking hands and pull open the door with a creak, peering through the small opening you created. The blonde highschooler meets your gaze and tries to smile but it looks more like he’s baring his teeth. “Hey Munson, you happen to know anything about where your psycho killer brother is?”

“Eddie isn’t crazy, and he didn’t kill that girl.” your voice shakes, betraying your nerves. Jason tilts his head, that bared teeth smile still sitting unsettlingly on his face.

“You see, the thing is, I don’t believe you,” He steps forward and pulls his hands out of his pockets and something metal gleams in the sun, “Your murdering older brother killed Chrissy, and you helped him get away with it.”

Your eyes widen when your brain registers what the small object in Jason’s hand is. A gun. Your heart hammers as you brace your hands, and then try to slam the door but the teenagers hand slams against the door, and shoves it open with such force you get pushed to the floor, crying out in pain as your tailbone comes into harsh contact with the tiled floor.

Taking a deep breath you turn your head towards the hall, “Billy!” your voice carries such terror and shrillness that immediately you hear the weighted bar hit the floor and heavy footsteps come stalking down the hall. Jason lunges down over you and grabs your face in one hand roughly and snarls in your face,

“You fucking coward. Can’t even hear about what you did, can’t even stand the sound of her name.” His voice is filled with fury and his face is contorted with rage. he obviously hadn’t heard Billy approach because he only looked away from your tear stained face when the door slams and the dead bolt falls into place.

“Get your hands off of her before I rip them off.” Billy’s face is deathly still and his voice like stone. Jason chuckles and stands to his full height barely meeting Billy's eyes.

“You really think you can tell me what to do with her? she a criminal, a murderer, no better than the dirt on the bottom of my shoe.” The younger teen is shouting these words as your boyfriend takes one step towards him and is now radiating pure rage.

“Y/N, be a doll and go into my room and shut the door,” his shining eyes meet yours, “please.” you nod and slowly bring yourself to your feet, legs shaking like leaves. as you turn to retreat to a safe room, you hear the cocking of a gun and Jason's voice begin to order you to stay put. he doesn’t get the chance to finish his sentence as Billy launches forward, roaring over Jason, and rip the gun from his hand, though not before a bullet flies from the barrel, and sinks into the wall beside your chest. Your scream cuts through the air and Billy only hits Jason harder, and blood begins to roll down the younger teens face from the multitude of blows the larger, stronger man had threw into is face.

You rush down the hall, the sound of Billy’s fist hitting Jason's face chasing you down the hall and close yourself in the small bedroom, and launch yourself onto his bed hiding under the blankets piled in an untidy mess.

Minutes or hours had passed when the door to Billy’s bedroom opened slowly and your boyfriends socked feet made their way over to the bed and stopped by the pile of blankets you were huddled beneath.

“Hey doll, it’s alright, he’s gone now, and the police are on their way.” his voice is soft, and his hand rests on your hip, stroking it gently with his thumb. You sit up and rest your head on his shoulder. tears fall down your face in a steady stream, and you wrap your arms around his waist, crying quietly into his embrace. “hush, it’s okay, your okay, nobody is ever gonna hurt you ever again.”
