Long Overdue Isle Of Dog OC's I've Wanted To Created For Years Lol. Short Rundowns Of Each Character:

Long overdue Isle of Dog OC's I've wanted to created for years lol. Short rundowns of each character:
On the left is Pastel, a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel who was owned by wealthy artists and inherited their taste. She often tried to cope with the bad situation on Trash Island by creating art out of scraps and garbage.
And on the right is Rebel (real og's would remember I created her way back in 2018 but I doubt it lol), a Shiba Inu whose personality reflects her name. She refused to allow Mayor Kobayashi to keep her apart from her owner and tried multiple times to escape and swim back home, only to be caught and sent back every time. She's even had the courage to challenge Chief a few times.
Both dogs ended up surviving and returned to their masters at the end of the movie

I like Wes Anderson Films because they remind me of high quality educational videos for children.
Close up shots to show the inner workings of things.
A calm, clear, and trustworthy narrator, that not only provides explanations for the current scene, but also dives into background, surrounding scenarios or characters, all serving to provide a larger context that you can learn from. The more you watch, the better you get at picking up these clues.
Dramatizations depicting an incident in a stimulating and attention keeping way. Often fast paced, forcing you to pay attention and keep up.
Stimulating bright colors and stark contrasts.
Characters and storylines that teach constructive lessons, either from good or bad examples. The lessons might not be obvious all the time, but that is the point - you are forced to search for them, asking your own questions and sometimes coming to your own conclusions.
When I watch a Wes Anderson film or short story, I am completely entranced, the whole way through, in a way that TV hasnāt been able to do for me since I was little. For me, watching these movies is what I call an "active" activity, rather than a "passive" activity, unlike most other things I watch.
