Yeah I try not to fixate on time but it's hard because I got deadlines ect.. and then I get worried.. then anxious the I kind of spiral like what if it never happens. What if you're just wasting your time what if you're always stuck living like this. Thse thoughts and I get caught up on them. Like I try and stop then and be like it will work because I said so and if I said that means it'll happen because I'm a master manifestet ect.. but you know that anxious feeling and you just feel slightly sick and that feeling you get that feels like this is a lie. Like I stop the thoughts and counter act it with a postive aff or small vaunt but then I feel like I'm wasting my time I'm lying to myself 😭

my own story
my desired body is typically obtained in the gym with years of hard work and a dedicated focus on nutrition. I'm currently in grad school so I don't have time to workout like an IG influencer but I want to look like one.
Ordinary people would WEEP and stay in the same story of "its not obtainable!" while master manifesters smirk and say "LOL, ITS MY BODY NOWWWW"
I know that waking up with your perfect body is 100% POSSIBLE. Overnight subs/aff tapes + living in the end state + saturation to the max = fast asf results
so why wasn't I achieving it?
why was I manifesting money, attention, material things, etc. but for some reason my body was not changing?
I was meditating and doing some inner work when I realized that I had a serious weird rooted limited belief that
I had bad genetics and every woman in my family (both sides) have never achieved a flat tummy or a super toned body. So I was unconsciously always affirming that I could "never" look like that.
I thought great bodies could ONLY be achieved with hard work - which we know is soooooo untrue!
Instead of forcing myself to do a method I realized - I could work with my limit.
I was never truly "athletic" but I did run cross country/track in high school for 3 years. I fell off once I went to college and mostly did weird sporadic workouts but was never consistent.
Now that I've discovered the law and am freed from my old way of thinking, I said - okay let me play a little psychology game with myself, a little placebo.
my new placebo has been:
No matter what workout I do, the moment I step into the gym, I am losing my belly fat and getting super fast results every day.
Why do you do this Gigi instead of just sitting at home and affirming for your body?
Because I realized it would be easier for me to stay saturated/in the wish fulfilled/end state of having my perfect body just by physically forcing myself to be in a gym.
Let me clarify: I mostly walk on the treadmill, lift very very light weights, minimal sets, etc.
aka: most people would say I'm not doing enough.
But I'm a master manifester so I know that just deciding is enough.
I realized it was easier to visualize people saying "Wow she changed her body, it's because she goes to the gym now! She must've done a lot of work cause she got those results fast!" instead of "Wow she changed her body, idk how!"
Ever since I started going consistently and doing very bare minimum workouts - my body has changed way more drastically than normal limits allow.
I basically look like I've been working out for 6 months versus just the 2 I've actually been going.
My personal goal was fast results but gradual. If you want instant, please be my guest I am not limiting, I'm just sharing what worked for me.
I robotically affirm that lil placebo and it's changed my entire approach to manifesting.
I will see if I can post pictures of myself that will ensure privacy. Until then, just my words and encouragement.
Let me finish this lil post by saying: you do not need to do what I do. You can go ahead and do everything instantly. Everyone is different. I'm just sharing what worked for me, what helped me ease into being firm with what I wanted the 3D to reflect to me.

i used to be one of those people scrolling and scrolling and scrolling on tumblr or twitter or wtvr reading abt loassum whenever i got the chance. a lot of the times now it’s just cause i like reading what others have to say, simply taking the information as what it is and moving on.
a form of observing.
but a while ago i’d do it because i wanted to have that epiphany. you all know what im talking about…
that one post or blog that would magically grant me the one true knowledge i seek to manifest whatever i wanted. thinking maybe another post would be the one. another blog would somehow make it all click in my head. i eventually scrolled so much i saw posts that spoke on validating yourself.
whenever you want to check the 3d mirror for any weight loss, see your db in the mirror in your imagination. when you wanna check how much money you have in the 3d, see your constant flow of money in your imaginary bank account. when you are worrying about what your sp is up to or who they’re hanging out with, see you and your sp together in your mind falling in love.
my main epiphany was that i could simply be my own epiphany
my own validation, i could see my own “3d” in my head and have my own posts and blogs that tell me whatever i wanna hear inside my 4d.
i even made a post on here a lil while ago about how blogs can often go back on their own posts because we know and have spewed out all the information needed to do what must be done.
and that’s my message to you. instead of doom scrolling on wtvr app you use to read up on loa, whenever you wanna ask another blog the same questions you’ve had answered for you time and time again, when you feel like you need to read up on those screenshots you’ve saved just to make sure you’re doing it right,
see it in your mind instead.
become used to the idea of being your own validation because that is essentially what gets you all that you want. feed it to yourself and claim it as now. the 3d is your past and the 4d is your present. and you know how they say “don’t live in the past.”
answer your own questions and assume you’re right (cuz you most likely are if you’ve been reading loa stuff for a while), imagine what blogs would tell you about loa and apply it to the rest of your imagination.
impatient? why, you can see your dream life in your present (imagination), forget about the past (3d).
unsure you’re doing it right? uh hello you’re always right. the blogs in your 4d are confirming everything you’re doing so why worry.
the past (3d) getting you down? talk with yourself, meditate, distract your mind, listen to some music, eat some food, go sit in the sun for 5 minutes, anything, and come back and simply accept that your present (4d) is different now.
“but it’s not simple-” make it simple. do not overcomplicate this, it’s all you. catch these thoughts and make even a tiny effort to flip them, it is a process but it has no choice but to play out how you want it.

YOU ARE NOT DELUSIONAL!
I see people saying “be delusional” when it comes to manifesting, I am also someone who has said this multiple times before.. But you need to realise not to take this in a literal sense.
The definition of delusional:
characterised by or holding false beliefs or judgements about external reality that are held despite incontrovertible evidence to the contrary, typically as a symptom of a mental condition.
Someone who is truly delusional will misinterpret the 3D, however, when manifesting we are able to accept the 3D for what it really is but look at the 4D and change it. Being delusional is forcing your beliefs onto the outer man instead of fulfilling the inner man.
So that being said, you can look at the 3D and clearly see you don’t have the desire but you choose to ignore it and fulfil yourself in the 4D. This is manifesting and not being delusional. You can be “delusional” as in over the top and persistent with your new belief in the 4D, so it can then play out in the 3D.
Although, why would you call yourself delusional to begin with? You have the power to change anything, that is a fact, so do just that without discrediting yourself.

emotions and feelings, the way neville coins these words, are of different nature. when speaking of emotions, we are speaking of unconscious emotional experiences. feelings, however, are a conscious act and usually a reaction to our emotions — which, according to neville, are the secret to help us manifest.
emotions vs feelings.
an emotion is an immediate reaction to your emotional state of mind, whereas a feeling remains a lot longer and is felt for a longer period of time. emotions could be joy, fear, anger, lust or sadness. the counterparts in feelings would then be happiness, anxiety, bitterness, love or depression. if something unpleasant happens in your life, you will react to it emotionally first. only later, you will be able to form a feeling. as you can see, an emotion is a lot more intense and often manifests in a physical reaction (ex. facial expressions), not based on any reasoning while in contrast your feeling is based on logical reasoning. you could say a feeling is a way of explaining an emotion with thoughts which you have felt due to external experiences. this also means that not every feeling will always be accurate enough to explain an emotion and how you actually feel emotionally.
emotions cannot manifest ...
once again, a feeling isn’t the emotion itself. your feeling has nothing to do with our emotional state of mind but rather your mental state of mind. that means that your feelings, longterm, are more concerned with what you feel to be true or false, right or wrong and real or unreal.
mental · relates to the mind; thinking process.
emotional · relates to emotions; feeling process.
... only feelings can.
especially because a feeling does not necessarily have to correlate to an emotion, it is entirely up to you to define your feeling. you could replace feeling with what you accept, know or believe to be true. it's a thought. and an emotion isn't. you may not help the way you emotionally feel — and you shouldn’t! you should never suppress an emotion and feel sad, angry, etc. — but you can make the conscious decision to define your feeling. and since a feeling is a state, after all, you can manifest anything you'd like while feeling like you are at your lowest (or highest). your emotions will not manifest!
emotions arise.
as i was saying, an emotion is a pretty much sudden response. you may lose something and feel bad about it, maybe you had a fight with your friend or perhaps you were told some unsettling news. whatever it is, you will always feel some intense type of way from time to time.
emotions fade away.
the thing is, emotions come and go. you may feel super joyful one minute and then feel super sad the next. that’s totally normal, and we are definitely not trying to fix our wonderful human nature in any way.
emotional responses.
emotions are a response. when manifesting, when changing your feeling, you might also experience emotions of some sort. you may feel euphoric of manifesting something that has always felt very prestigious or hardly available to you.
but the same way, you could not feel anything at all. some manifestations aren’t going to move you the way some manifestations do, but that’s not an issue! the premise is, you don’t HAVE to feel excited. you don’t have to jump out of happiness whenever you think about how you manifested to find your keys you had lost the other day. remember, emotions come naturally. you don’t have to force them.
accepting and persisting.
the only thing you really have to do is to accept your desire as yours and persist in that assumption. feel it to be true, to be real, to be factual. that’s what feeling the wish fulfilled means. the feeling of your assumption to be realty.

conclusively: the state of the wish fulfilled is when you know that your hopes and desires have been met, that they've been satisfied or achieved and therefore results in a feeling of reassurance, of calm, of satisfaction etc
your belief/knowing is what manifests: despite whatever emotions and thoughts you fluctuate through, as long as you have a knowing that something will occur, you're good.
feel into the assurance: surrender in the sense that you trust and believe that it will occur. - because if you assume it, believe it - it has to materialise, that is law.

FULFILMENT: having what you believe confirmed.
misconception: fulfilment isn’t this elated, happy go lucky, skipping in fields of lilac feeling. - although feeling excited and happy for your desire is normal, and nice: you don’t have to worry yourself about having to feel that way constantly.
think of fulfilment as if someone has made a promise to do something and you know they will. someone trustworthy will carry out whatever task you’ve asked of them to do. - the act of them carrying out the task is then fulfilling the task. — you'd never feel worried, or unsure about the task being carried out.
lucky for you: you fulfill yourself yay !! - self sustaining your fulfilment is the key. you're no longer relying on the 3D, you are relying onto yourself.
HOW TO ?! by practicing knowing that it is true, that you are the operant power or at least are supported by the operant power.
: the wish fulfilment deals with treating yourself as though you know your desires are yours. - you are dismissing opposing ideas, you are reminding yourself that the 3D is not the enemy it is neutral, you are reminding yourself that it is yours, you are kind to yourself. you are disciplining yourself. -
: do you believe you can have it ? do you know that everything you want in life is yours ? do you realise that the mere fact that you want something means it’s meant for you ? are you applying methods to reassure your beliefs to feel good ?
𝐩𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐰𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞:
self concept: deals with how worthy you feel of the desire you are manifesting, find methods that will assist you in improving your self concept.
potential methods for you – evaluate how you feel about the desire, rampages on youtube help so much for me personally, self concept subliminals help with reprogramming, eliminate and challenge negative self talk, surrender to the idea of having what you want, be delusional - be happy, visualise etc etc etc
reminder yourself: often, about how the 3D conforms to you and not the other way around, that having a desire means it’s for you, that you are the creator, you are the validation, it starts with you. not the 3D.
again rampages on youtube, affirming, subliminals for reprogramming, read those mean rants on tumblr, read success stories etc etc etc
methods to help: visualise. - scenes of implication of what’s truly real to help you remember that ITS YOURS, affirmations. - statements of factuality because ITS YOURS. scripting. - entries on what is yours already. gratitude. - appreciation for what is already yours. embodying. - expressing who you already are in a physical manner.
one thing about techniques: they don’t manifest for you, they're just fun and creative practices to remind you of the reality and desires you already have and help you sustain that knowing of the things you already have.

An interview with a shifter who has been “time leaping” since 2001
I found this website of an interview with a Japanese shifter known as Mr. Kanda. He figured out how to shift back in time when he was in middle school - he calls it “time leaping”.
The original website is in Japanese and can be found here.
Mr. Kanda was born in 1986, and around 2001 failed his high school entrance exam. Due to his intense regret, he shifted back in time to repeat middle school. He then made multiple time leaps repeating certain years of his life, studying different subjects in high school and pursuing different careers. At the time of the interview, he says he has lived about 70-80 years of life.
I translated some of the most interesting parts below.
Note: a Tulpa is a phenomenon that’s like an imaginary friend that actually becomes a sentient separate consciousness from you. It’s an entirely different rabbit hole, so you can just think of it as a dream character to understand his story.

Mr Kanda’s First Time Leap Story
Kanda: When I was meditating on my futon, I started to have a lucid dream.
At that time, Tulpa talked to me and said, "If you raise your clarity to the maximum in your dream, wouldn't it be possible to time leap, or even move around the world?" I tried it, but no matter how much I increased the clarity, it still felt like a dream.
So Tulpa said, "If you get absorbed in something you like, you won't be able to hear the voices around you, and your focus will gain momentum. You will eventually forget that you’re dreaming," so as a result of playing in the dreamworld, I spent about a week in a dream without knowing it.
At that time, I suddenly realized, "This is a dream", but I had already completely forgotten the feeling of the original world, and the dream world had become my new reality.
After thinking about why I didn't come back even though I realized it was a dream, the answer I came up with was, “It's because I completely lost my sense of the original world.”
To explain it another way, wouldn’t it be disorienting if I told you that the person you are right now is in a lucid dream of another person? That’s what it was like for me. My dream had actually become my reality, and I forgot about my old reality.
Q: What was the reason for your first time-leap?
Kanda: I think because something bad happened and I wanted to pretend it never happened.
The first time for me was probably a coincidence/accident. In fact, when I tried to do it again, I couldn't, so I started practicing with time leaps through lucid dreaming and meditation, and I got better at stabilizing and controlling them.
When people can’t do something, they hate it, but when they can do it, they love it. So once you succeed, even just once, your faith increases, and you know you can do it again!
Mr. Kanda’s Lucid Dreaming Method
Mr. Kanda recommends lucid dreams the most as a time-leap method. This is how he does it:
Before you go to sleep, first visualize in your head where you want to go. Then lie on your back and meditate. When you fall asleep, the images you were thinking about will run through your dreams. If you shift your consciousness to yourself in the dream, you will be able to act without being aware of what you are currently dreaming about.
In normal lucid dreaming, you become aware that you are dreaming right now [known as DILD or dream-induced lucid dream]. When trying to time-leap, the important thing is how much you can act in the dream in a way that is consistent with reality. He says it is important to “improve your clarity” to the point where it doesn’t feel like a dream anymore.
Mr. Kanda seems to be able to suddenly enter into a lucid dream from the moment he begins to sleep, [WILD - wake induced lucid dreaming] and he also teaches us how to do so:
First, relax.
In Kanda's case, he darkens his room 70 minutes before going to bed and drinks hot herbal tea. Adjust the temperature in the room to a comfortable level, then listen to some calming music. It's better to feel a little tired.
Once you get into bed, visualize and replay strong happy and positive memories in your mind. When you feel happy, close your eyes and calm down all at once and enter a meditative state.
Mr. Kanda recommends mindfulness meditation. Don't think about anything, just focus on the sound of your heart and breathing. When you successfully fall asleep from meditation, you are conscious but your body is asleep, and lucid dreaming begins.
Kanda meditates for 20 minutes every morning, not just when he wants to lucid dream. According to him, “conditioned reflexes” [creating habits] are important. By repeatedly performing a certain action, one eventually becomes able to enter that state without even trying.
Q: If the ‘you’ from another world were to time-leap to this world, what would happen to ‘you’ now?
Kanda: There seems to be a misunderstanding: there is only one consciousness.
Reality changes depending on where we place our consciousness in a world of infinite possibilities.
I do have consciousness in my other reality, but from the perspective of me in the current reality, it seems like I don't have consciousness.
In other words, my life in this other reality is as if it were controlled by a computer.
Of course, the same can be said for us. From the perspective of another reality’s consciousness, we too live our lives as if controlled by a computer.
In the end, even if consciousness from another reality shifts, the consciousness we see is always here. So no matter what they do, it has no effect on us.
do you think robotic affirming for a desire would eventually manifest?
Yes!! To quote one of my favorite success stories: “People who hate on affirming are mad corny.”
If you’re someone who naturally overthinks and spends all day repeating negative thoughts, that’s all you’re doing anyway: affirming. You’re just affirming for something you don’t want. So just replace the negative repetition with something you do want instead.
practicing self discipline⋆.ೃ࿔*:・🧁
discipline is choosing between what u want right now, and what u want the most. self discipline is expressed through our actions and how we manage ourselves and our times.
i think that self discipline is one of the highest forms of self love bcuz its you taking care of future you. it shows that u can trust urself to get what needs to get done done. and it proves that you are competent and capable.
SET SOME RULES ; set some rules for yourself. oftentimes when ppl hear the word "rules" they associate rules with restriction but thats not how it has to be.
setting rules for urself is crucial if u find urself going down a path that u know isnt the best for you. some examples of rules for urself could be (i will not vape, i will not entertain a man just cuz im bored, etc)
besides, setting boundaries with urself is HEALTHY and helps to create a healthier and stronger relationship with yourself. make a list of ur non-negotiables and make sure that u honor yourself by following the rules that YOU set in place.
i rly recommend watching this video about delayed gratification bcuz it rly emphasizes on being intentional with yourself.
TAKE YOURSELF SERIOUSLY ; your life is NOT a joke, focus on crafting it with intention some ways to be more serious about urself...
work on getting 8-10 hours of sleep a night
journal and do shadow work to collect ur thoughts and put ur mental health first
dopamine detox (hot tip; if u wanna get ur dopamine intake in check u can start with ur electronics)
think about the future from a LIMITLESS mindset instead of from a small minded point of view bcuz u deserve the best and u can absolutely have it
DO WHAT U SAY YOU WILL ; stand on business girlies!! be impeccable with your word. speak intentionally and keep the promises that u make to yourself that way u can build trust and confidence in urself and ur abilities.
“They’re talking shit” manifesting technique
Or
“Let them talk shit” Method
So this is the technique that I used, and still currently use as an over-thinker to manifest my desired reality and maintain my desired mental state.
So back in college, I was insecure. The type of insecure, where if I hung out with friends and then I left the room, only thing that would be racing through my mind would be the idea of them talking about me behind my back. Like Just talking the most shit and calling me out of my name. Granted these are the types of friends I had back then, I now know better.
So here was the pattern :
Every time I left the room, and I felt insecure about something I had just said or done, I would imagine them saying bad things about me or finding me weird of off putting. The things I would imagine them saying, would break my heart. So I put a stop to it.
And I recognized those people were not in the room with me and I was using my imagination to hurt myself .
I could have been imagining them saying anything because I have that power and I’m choosing to see them saying most terrible things about me. So, I made the decision to imagine them still talking shit, but this time it was about all the good things I wanted.
( you have to keep the same hater energy when you do this btw)
Example:
“Who does she think she is? Just because she has a great body and works out and is always in a happy state of being. She think she’s better than us. 😒.  she think she’s rich too. She only has about $100,000 in her bank account. The rest is tied up in the stock market and crypto currency. So she technically doesn’t even have that much money. 🙄”
“ she wants to be an influencer sooo bad .ugh, So what if your YouTube channel grew by 200,000 subs in less than 3 weeks and you’re getting amazing sponsorship oppertunities. So what bitch you ain’t pewdie pie. You don’t even have 1,000,000 subs yet . Pipe down”
So in those examples, I just affirmed a reality where:
- I great healthy body
- im in a happy/content state of being
- $100,000 in in my bank account
-I have plentiful bountiful investments/crypto currency
-my YouTube channel successful
-I’m getting great sponsorship opportunities
And because I used other people to affirm those for me, it’s a stronger self concept/reality. Because I’m affirming it in, first person, third person and second person( by default).
This technique works with any “negative” dominating emotion.
So if you were anxious or have anxious dominant feelings. Start affirming, anxious thoughts that you would WANT to have.
For example:
“I hope my professor doesn’t hate me for being more educated/smarter on the subject than he is 😭. Like I get he spent years in school studying this stuff, but it comes easy to me and surpass his expertise every time without fail. I hope he doesn’t think I’m trying to show him up😰”
“ I hope the bank doesn’t get suspicious about how much money I’ve been depositing into my account. 😥Plus I’ve been getting so much money this year from random sources, in such large amounts, I’m kind of worried that the IRS is going to get involved and make filing my taxes a little complicated this year.☹️”
So, in those two short sentences, you just affirm that
you’re smart,
you’re doing well in the class, and
you’ve been getting large amounts of money throughout the year, from expected and unexpected sources. 
Remember if you want it, you can get it. Try “under-thinking” , it’s easier than you’d expect. No matter what state you are in. If you were able to tell a consistent story about how you want to be, you’re good.
* when I use the word “negative”, I’m talking about the words you are using to describe the situation. Because by default every situation is neutral. It doesn’t become positive or negative until you choose to assign it a value .
Don’t force yourself to be happy, force your thoughts to tell a better story. One that wouldn’t mind living out and experience. And the only except thoughts that affirmed the reality that you want. From any angle. You have to learn when and how to work with your emotions. Emotions are only bad if you identify them as bad.

The irritation and anger ts boils on me is unfathomable and it pisses me off sm. Like j could write essays on essays bc of this
there's no logical reason to chase after anything when you are the source of all things. stop worrying and just listen:
did you "spiral"? good news, that was the mind, not you.
felt "anxious"? that was the body, not you.
percieve something "unwanted"? that was ego labeling a neutral reflection of consciousness, not you.
can't get rid of "ego"? well ego is only a sustained thought. that "person" is merely a thought. there's nothing to get rid of; simply understand it was never you from the start.
whatever ego wants, it doesn't realize it already owns. Self is everything, therefore everything ego could possibly dream of is yours while your reading this.
What are we all looking for?
What we call 'happiness', I think it's much better stated as freedom.

Freedom is from something, and that something is the person you imagine yourself to be.

So how do we get to this ultimate state of freedom? Get rid of the tendency to identify yourself with this mental picture. Drop it, and it's done. The dropping is easy if we do it, and impossible if we don't.

there reaches a point where your so tired of not getting what you want in the 3d and you feel like you want to give up. my advice is just give up.
give up trying to get shit in the 3d. “jani does this mean im not gonna get it in the 3d :(“ if you ask this question that means you dont understand the law.
by law, whatever you assume to be true in imagination will harden into a fact. if you have it in imagination, it will reflect in the 3d period. thats inevitable. thats the law. when i say “give up on getting it in the 3d,” i mean stop trying to manifest, stop trying to see change. when you try and try, you fall behind on what your actually supposed to do. your only job is knowing its done in imagination.
leave the 3d alone. when you focus on seeing change in the 3d and it clearly isnt there, you start assuming shit like “i cant manifest” and then the 3d will reflect that. it isnt in the 3d! its fine to admit it! the 3d is none of your concern! if you start actually looking towards imagination to experience what you want and focus on satisfying yourself, you will realize that the answer was self the whole time.
trying to change the 3d wont do shit. changing self will change the 3d because the 3d only looks at self for the next steps.
i promise you that fulfilling yourself and returning to that fulfilled state whenever you feel lack will make you feel so confident in the fact that its already done! and ofc it will reflect because you are changing self to someone who has what they desire
imagination is the source so your goal should be knowing its done in imagination before even thinking about it in the 3d since imagination literally molds the 3d - simply decide its done. do techniques for fun because its already done
satisfy yourself. satisfy yourself. satisfy yourself. fulfilling yourself will always be my favorite piece of advice.
therefore, give up on forcing it in the 3d. change self first. your focus should only be on imagination. you dont see it in the 3d? -> realize it was already done in imagination and enjoy it there. feeling lack or experiencing negative thoughts? -> realize its already done and satisfy yourself within. if not, have fun getting anxious and frustrated bc you still dont have it in the 3d🥰
