Time Miraculous is too OP and confusing, but I like the umbrella and pocket watch and Fluff is adorable.

And thus Dreams replaced time.

Miraculous of Dreams was created a long, long, time ago in Troy, THE TROY

This may make you wonder "why it looks like a pocket watch?". Well... It was destroyed during the sack of Troy... Fluff was not happy and as every myth says, you don't want to anger a diety.

Anyway, Fluff sadly had to wait a long time to see the world as humans see it. So she waited and waited and waited until...

A certain victorian lady named Alice and her fellow club members interested in the occult (it was trendy in the 1800s) created a new vessel for Fluff.

And despite looking like a rabbit, Fluff is quite unlucky (her "little" act of revenge really mess up the life of everyone living in Mycenaean Greece to a great annoyance of Tikki), so her new wielder was pretty dull and insomniac (why otherwise mess with an eldritch goddess of Dreams)

she was using Miraculous only to get a nap and have enough energy to not faint during tea parties... Unless that handsome writer upstairs could catch her.

And to dream of future trends in high society

Fluff was fine with it for the first few years, after all, 3 millennia is quite a wait even for someone/something as old as dreams, but the life of Alice finally bored her (also her dreams weren't that much better) and Fluff demanded someone else as her wielder.

She did it in the middle of the night, loudly after the biggest event of the season, Alice simply yelled back "Fine just shut up, go to the watch and give me sleep!"

It ended poorly for both of them.

Poor old Alice dreamt away the rest of her life (her dreams varied...)

And Fluff was unable to leave the watch for the next 200 years, but at least Alice's descendants took after her excentric and dreamy husband.

Her daughter left the UK for France with her mother's favourite watch, had an exciting life and even more exciting dreams, got married there, had many energetic kids and gave her favourite watch to the youngest.

And so Fluff stayed as a silent witness of exciting lives and a great host of dreamy tea parties full of gossip about past, present and future

...Until something changed in the class of her newest and so far favourite wielder.

So to summarise changes:

Time Miraculous is now Dream Miraculous

It was destroyed in the Ancient past instead of being just damaged. And was created again during the Regency Era.

It couldn't be used because Fluff's first new wielder fuck up the order and none other wielders truly knew what was in their possession

It (and all other Miraculous) now have side effects/passive powers. (Prophetic dreams, being always well-rested, love for naps and sleeping like dead).

Its active power now allows the wielder to travel through the dreams of others (it is still named the same)

The activation phrase is now "its time to dream"

The deactivation phrase is now "its time to wake up"

Honestly at this point in my tumblr existence if any of my tumblr posts end up i one of those tumblr videos I would probably turn to golden dust and disperse onto the wind

I am okay with this, so it can only get better.

Past age 30 when you play games or watch shows, you develop a need to adopt characters who absolutely need a parent in their life.

I probably didn't make it clear but my idea was that newly manifested ghosts are normally weak amd grow more powerful with age, depending on their obsesion and willpower, so for the most ghost power=age and most ghost don't fuck with powerful ghost (and I think especially those who died in Gotham where aproaching the rouges was a death wish).

And new-dieds (you get it like newborns) start manifesting in closest safest area were there is someone willing protect them... Ace didn't have anyone like that being meta in Gotham and whatnot. Ghost in Ghostzone Ghotham left her alone in the park because few used it in life (with polution, pitpocketing, etc.) so when very powerful (and posibly ancient) ghost energy apeared there one day/night the ghost did what they did in life, left it the fuck alone.

And newly died Ace, now Spade, didn't go outside the park because why would she think that there even is anything outside as far as she known park was her afterlife after all she felt only at peace there with batman, with Bruce who treated her not as a weapon or reaserch subject nor as danger, he treated her as a person. He huged her and spending rest of eternity in surroundings of that moment as porcelain statue.

So she waited there on the swing being at peace but also feeling that she should her done more to repay Batman, but alas now she could do nothing. Until she heard someones incoherent thoughts gathering next to her on the swing.

[Side note: ghost manifestation takes time depending on how at peace they were with death people who wanted more but understood that they were dying apeared almost instantly, like Ace. And people who refused to die could take years to fully manifest and without strong enough Guardian nearby they were exposed to the elements which could have drastic efects on them *caugh* jay *caugh*.]

She was shocked but when she looked through convoluted memories she learn that it was (whichever batfamily member died after Jason, I am not that good with comic lore). After checking their memory she knew that Jason got resurected and she cried. finally fate did something good for the man who helped her, but she also knew what state Jason was afterwards and even if chances were slim that this soul returns to the world of the living she will protect it, because finally she has a chance to repay her benefactor. (Repeat how many times someone died from bat familly)

My idea on how Danny would meet her is that as ghost king (because I love ghost king danny) Danny spends a lot of time trying to fix his predecesor fuck-ups and he basicly overworked himself, because 1000s of years of mismanegement and tyrany really trashed the place. Anyway his friends and Jazz needed to find a way to get him away from work, so they divised a simple plan:

They make a pact with ghost gallery to not leave the ghost zone for few weeks in summer because Danny deserves a break (they agree he, Tucker and Technus created an internt network in ghostzone, ghostchild earned the break)

Sam asks Danny to visit Gotham this summer, because it has goth in its name.

Danny obiviously refusess because danger and he has so much work to do

They trick him into doing a royal tour around surroundings of fenton portal from ghost side.

The fact that it includes Ghostham is just coincident

Tour ends in Ghostham and they go sightseeing for a rest of the truce with ghost gallery.

What they did plan was finding a super powerful ghost with less ghost lore than Danny when he started. Some tag along ghosts (maybe Ember and Dessire) and Danny spend a lot of time in the park teaching this poor ghost and when Spade is ready to meet other people she meets the rest of the group cue fluffy bonding maybe some blushing. They all try to make her open up at her own terms.

But they need to leave some day/night but promise to visit often. They do mostly Danny and ghosts but living also visit when they can. Until Spade is ready to leave the park and visit them cue my idea about Danny living situarion being properly explained to her.

Speaking of which my idea has some angst, Drs Fentons love their work more than their kids and when focused on it they forget about everything else Jazz need to do taxes for them since she was 8 kind of neglect. Don't get me wrong Danny still doesn't feel safe in his home but they didn't atacked his human form. Jazz can basicly get a custody over Danny easily if nobody else intervens that is why they need back up.

Also Jason can be a bat that finds them first or they take a detour when they arrived in Gotham to get a rouge ghost only to find Red Hood, spend some quality ghost lessons time with him, and ask him to send Batman a message to got to the park.

Okay. So- I've been reading a lot of Batman X Danny Phantom stuff on this site lately, and I came across a short post that included Batman finding Phantom's grave(it was a corpse au) and mentally comparing Danny to Ace. A girl who wanted to be a child yet who was too powerful and ended up dying with our resident Batdad sitting next to her up until her last moments in a fake world she made for herself in a bid for happiness. (I might be wrong about Ace's personality or motivations cuz I only rly remember Ace because of how she died, so plz bear with me if I'm wrong)

Now, a thing about Ace is that when she died, she was wearing a black/white leotard with a single clover suit on one side. And I've discovered that the Ace of Spades can depressingly enough be represented as death and bad luck.

And so(here's where the DP comes in), I'm introducing a ghost called:

Spade ♤

For her appearance I'm thinking white porcelain like skin for how delicate she felt in her final moments. Maybe inked details all across her like tattoos or like how fancy playing cards have to show how who she WAS wasn't entirely up to her to decide. Her white bobcut hair looks like it was shattered/cut off a larger part and is able to cut those who aren't careful enough, and that there's a crack across the top of her head to showcase as a deathmark that she died from a fatal migraine(maybe?). (The crack doubles as her hairline-) Her eyes being the same rings of yellow and orange(or maybe whatever their inverse counterparts are...) that appeared when she used her powers, but with her black pinprick eyes at the centers. Her actual FACE I'm thinking her eye lashes, lips and eyebrows look painted on in black ink. Cuz, come on. If Danny can hav black eyebrows as Phantom, so can Spade-

Outfit wise, I kinda want to put her in a reverse colored leotard and call it a day, but I ALSO wanna add onto that. Because the thing about her last moments is that Batsy carried her body out of the park where she was staying in her fantasy land in a princess carry, so I'm imagining her in a fancy dress/leotard amalgamation cuz that princess carry might've the last comfort she might've received before her body got buried(or smth along those lines). If this post gets popular, I want art of that leotard/dress amalgamation with playing cards detailing cuz while I draw, I already know I'd butcher the idea 😅

DP plot could just be Danny transversing the Ghost Zone/Infinite Realms for one reason or another and coming across this mad hatter, Alice in Wonderland type lair/area(think the world Ace made Gotham into) where after stumbling through everything in it, he just meets this black and white ghost girl sitting on a isolated swing set. There's only two seats on it, and she's just swinging back and forth on one of them. Danny must figure she's waiting on company and maybe just watches for a while. She'd look just like a statue if not for the fact that she just keeps swinging, and swinging, and swinging, and Danny's getting the idea that this is just another lonely ghost in the zone. Peaceful, and wants to be left alone, but maybe could use a friend. So, Danny sits next to her on the other swing.

Tdlr; Spade and Danny become friends after he stumbles across her lair and started showing her other parts of the zone.

Spade's closest friends are Princess Dora, Youngblood, Klempter, Danielle, and other ghosts among her mental age. But of course, she considers her best friend to be the black and white Phantom who got her out of her lair and living a better afterlife. She wants to pay him back, and sees how badly his afterlife has been treating him (wait- he's not entirely dead?) Scratch that, she wants her friend to live the rest of his half-life as happily as possible. She, personally, is happier in death than in her life, but she doesn't want his remaining life to suck, and who better to introduce him to than the man who made her last moments bearable? Or... should she say the Bat who made it bearable >:3c

Dadadada~! We've arrived at the DC plot!

So, Spade being a frickin overpowered ghost(cuz if she wasn't overpowered enough as a human, you can BET that she's OP as hell after getting ghostly) cows all Danny's usual rogues gallery into leaving his haunt alone until she can get done introducing him to someone who was her father-figure for all of however long he sat with her before she unalived. Danny as Phantom is going along with it cuz why not, free vacation! Sam & Tucker were skeptical, but they can't fault Spade for wanting to introduce her new friend to her old life(?).

The DC timeline is messy, and I only know about Ace because of Justice League Unlimited. The show which has NONE of Batman's sidekicks in it cuz Nightwing was getting enough screen time in Teen Titans. And idk how long Spade spent along in Time Is Weird Here, Infinite Realms, but I rly want her to meet the Batfam and hav this rly heartwarming reunion after Oracle tells Batsy about a disturbance near this one swing-set where reality's getting kinda weird and he just KNOWS-

He knows he's gotten a second chance, and if that means getting blindsided by the fact he and the batfam are highly likely to become an Infinite Realms ghost cuz of the highentened levels of ectoplasm from his new/old child's visits, then so be it. The fact that Phantom's still living under his ghost hunter parents roof actually makes it easier to file for custody if it comes down to it...

(Idk Ace's character & DC's plot enough to flesh out an obsession for Spade that fits with all the other nonsense I've just spat out. If someone wants to try and puzzle smth out, I'll be grateful for the opportunity to read it. This has heavy ship potential, but I'm no writer so I've just put Spade and Danny as friends. But if there's gonna be a name, I wanna try for Mad Ghost, Ghost Hatter, Phantom Card or smth along those lines. For my first dp x dc prompt I've ever written, I'm just hoping Ace as a character gets a little more love as a dead DC character, cuz that shiz made me cry when I first watched it ages ago- XD)
