It was a long day for reader let alone the fact the universe decided now was the time to test the limit of their quickly thinning patience. When reader comes through the door, Wesker greets them as warmly as he allows himself to before noticing the way readers hands are clenched and the way that tears form in their eyes that have yet to be shed. Reader's body is practically vibrating from the pain and irritation they've been facing all day. Afterwards, Wesker draws a bath for reader and orders their favorite take out and even partakes in it, if only a little just to make reader smile. What if Wesker only ever truly relaxes when he is so sleep deprived he can barely keep his eyes open. Imagine him coming home from Umbrella and S.T.A.R.S. headquarters only to drop his suitcase at the door, shrug off his gear and then make a beeline to reader's lap where he lays for the next few hours while he lays completely limp in their hold. Had a thought. What if the reader got mortally wounded and Wesker, in his calm state was panicking in truth, and injected them with a version of either the T-Virus or Uroboros but....it didn't work like Wesker expected. Yes, the reader survived and made a full recovery however, the reader now is deformed and disfigured with tentacle-like appendages sporting from their back that are prehensile. And each time Wesker comes to feed reader he swears that he will end their suffering and torture. Yet, his broken and jagged heart defies him at every turn as he simply ascends the stairs once again to plunge the reader into the darkness of his own guilt and regret.
