I've decided that I need a dog starter in gen 10 and nothing will change my mind.

From one artist to another, do you ever just give up trying to draw something and cover it up? Like, sometimes hands are too hard so I change it so the hands are behind the character's back. If so, what are some of your hiding spots because I need more

ive gotten a LOT better at drawing hands in the past year or so but if you ever see me draw a character with their hands behind their back know that i tried to draw a hand like 6 times before giving up and hiding it. the same goes with feet, if a character’s feet are hidden behind something it’s because i tried and failed to make them look right. also i have one or two hand poses that i know i can reliably draw so i keep those on hand for when i can’t make a more complex pose look right lol
