A drawing of Cecil Palmer from Welcome to Night Vale. He's a white guy with bleached hair, glasses, and glowing purple tattoos, and wears furry pants and a tunic. His recording booth is messy and contains a #1 surviving intern mug, some recording equipment leaking a mysterious fluid, and various bits of illegal paper with the references to the show I could remember. The color palette is cool colors, and Cecil's saying, "and I fell in love instantly."

Haven’t drawn this fella in *checks sketchbooks* a decade.
