I would Like to retract this statement. I am no longer upset by Dracula Daily.

I’m conflicted about Dracula Daily because on one hand it’s cool that people are FINALLY getting into the source material but on the other hand I’m kinda miffed.

Like, will you ONLY read books when they’re spoon fed to you in little chunks? “Zoom zoom here comes the airplane with part of a book I didn’t write, open wide. “

I’m fully aware that it’s a stupid thing to be annoyed about, the concept in and of itself is cool, and it’s easier for people who might be overwhelmed by the size of the book. It SHOULD be something I’m happy about. But I’m not. 

I’m so frustrated; I’m pissed off by Dracula Daily and I don’t know wHY!!!!

I hate pop culture depictions of snakes that show them swallowing their prey alive, they literally evolved both venom and constriction to make sure their prey is as dead as possible before they swallow it, unlike other awful animals like frogs and pelicans who just shove live mice and babies into their mouths.
