He's a convience store owner who loves to make jokes and does stand-up comedy on the side when the convience store is closed for the day
Both he and Dexter also occasionally do stand-up together Pen and Teller Bullshit-style (except Dexter does talk, he's just the straight man to Howdy's wisecracking)

Welp, I just recently started watching Flower Magician Mary Bell and as you can see, ten episodes in and I’m already loving it n considering it as another favorite! He’s a eye glasses shop owner who also has eye glass making skills and his shop is set right next to Howdy’s convivence store, since he and Howdy do stand-up together on occasions when both their stores are closed up they are very close friends
He’s very skinny and tall, but is easily beaten in height by Maxwell and Boss
