I Feel Like Disability Advocacy And Homeless Advocacy Go Hand In Hand. Like Overlap Aside, If You Can't
i feel like disability advocacy and homeless advocacy go hand in hand. like overlap aside, if you can't be normal about homeless people then you probably can't be normal about disabled people either

Dessert stimboard! Yummy
🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨
sick and tired, yet again another law that will kill privacy...
another trojan horse disguised under the name of "protection of children"
this one is Bill 1199 or "Stop CSAM"

The STOP CSAM Act Threatens Free Expression and Privacy Rights of Children and Adults
"Last month, Senator Durbin introduced the Strengthening Transparency and Obligation to Protect Children Suffering from Abuse and Mistreatment Act of 2023 (STOP CSAM Act). While the goal of the bill — to protect children from sexual exploitation and abuse online — is great, the bill’s approach is seriously flawed.
The STOP CSAM Act will make children less safe, at the expense of the privacy and free expression rights of children and adults alike. By significantly increasing the liability risk that online services would face for hosting, transmitting, or otherwise enabling user-generated content, the bill increases the likelihood that these services will report and remove substantially more speech than the illegal child sexual abuse material (CSAM, also referred to in law as “child pornography”) currently in scope of federal law. It will also make prosecution of perpetrators of child exploitation crimes harder, because law enforcement will have to search a haystack of reports for a needle, wading through innumerable useless reports to find reports of actual CSAM."
Wanting to protect children from SA is a noble and moral thing, but it should not come at the expense of privacy and security.
What to do is; spread the word, reblog this post, feel free to copy-paste resources from here too!

Bisexual PSA
Bisexuality is real.
Bisexual people are attracted to people of more than one gender. This can mean being attracted to men and women, or to people of any gender identity. Bisexuality is a valid and legitimate sexual orientation.
Bisexuality is not a phase.
Some people may think that bisexuality is just a phase that people go through before they figure out their true sexual orientation. However, this is not the case. Bisexuality is a lifelong orientation for many people.
Bisexuality is not a choice.
People do not choose to be bisexual. They are born bisexual. Just like people do not choose to be gay or straight, they do not choose to be bisexual.
Bisexuality is not a threat to society.
Some people may think that bisexuality is a threat to society because it challenges traditional notions of gender and sexuality. However, bisexuality is not a threat to anyone. In fact, bisexual people are just as diverse as any other population group. They come from all walks of life and have all different beliefs and values.
Bisexuality is beautiful.
Bisexuality is a beautiful and complex sexual orientation. It is a gift to be able to love people of all genders. Bisexuality is a part of who we are, and we should be proud of it.
If you are bisexual, know that you are not alone. There are many other people out there who are bisexual, and there are many resources available to you. You are valid and you are loved.
Here are some resources for bisexual people:
The Trevor Project: https://www.thetrevorproject.org
BiNet USA: https://www.biresource.org
Bisexual Resource Center: https://www.biresource.org
Bi.org: https://bi.org
If you are struggling with your bisexuality, please reach out for help. There are people who care about you and want to help you through this. You are not alone.
