When people bring Racism into Anime, people are like “OmG dOnT bRInG polItICS iNTo AnImE.” Like first of all mf, racism isn’t political. Number 2, your favorite anime like one piece and attack on titan have topics like Racism in it. Let’s not forget when Ussop got discriminated against for being black, and let’s not forget THAT THE ENTIRE REASON WHY TITANS EVEN EXIST IS AN ALLEGORY/METAPHOR FOR RACISM.
And don’t forget the homophobia among the anime community. So what if people ship 2 adult male anime characters (I’m looking at you Sasuke and Naruto)? It’s none of your goddamn business. If you don’t like the ship, just move on. LIKE OMG it’s not that serious. Some LGBTQ+ ships and characters are cannon and yall still get mad. The amount of comments I’ve seen on non-straight ships on Instagram from gamer kids who think their QuiRkY, is annoying. Let people ship who they wanna ship as long as it’s not harmful or gross.
Like people forget that anime mimics the real world sometimes and in the real world there is racism and lgbtq+ people exist.
So I have this head cannon that Kiba is actually really affectionate. Like he’s a dog guy, and we all know dogs are extremely affection creatures when they warm up to people. So like imagine team 8, imagine Shino or Hinata having a rough time, and Kiba just hugs them or rests his head on their head or shoulders just as a form of comfort,ya know? Like he’s wild.....but affectionate🗿 idek I just wish team 8 got more screen time
