*!!!!spoiler warning for Bendy And The Ink Machine chapter 4!!!!*

OK so today I was rewatching Chapter 4 of Bendy And The Ink Machine in ELA class

So you know how there's that little lobby-like area outside the room with all those sad ink people? You know how there's a record player that's playing a song?

I think I've discovered EXACTLY what that song is.

So what IS that song? It's "Nobody Knows the Trouble I've Seen". I knew when I was listening to it yesterday that the melody sounded familiar, and when I was relistening to it today, I started singing along and realized what it was.

If you think about it, it definitely makes sense in the context of the scene, and almost gives a little foreshadowing of what you're going to see when you enter the room. The reason I believe they had this melancholy ballad play right before you encounter all those ink people is because it represents all the troubles of the former studio workers and how they continue to be absolutely miserable and troubled after becoming one with the ink. That particular song just helps to (no pun intended) illustrate what those workers went through (both during life and after their presumable demises) and how only few people (for example, the other workers at the studio) knew the kind of Hell that Joey Drew caused them to experience on a day-to-day basis.

So yeah. Just wanted to post my discovery to see if I was the first to notice or if anyone else (AKA people smarter than me) caught on.
