I feel like you can't adapt Gwenpool to the MCU purely for the fact that the MCU hasn't earned a Gwenpool. In fact, Gwenpool as a character only works because Marvel Comics is decades old.
Like, the whole point of Gwenpool is that she's a fan of the universe she has been dropped into. For all her misadventures, miscommunications, and even criticisms, she loves the world that she is in. She is an unabashed, unashamed fan of Marvel Comics.
And this is something that can oh so easily come across as cynical corporate shilling. A character promoting their own products, hyping up corporate creations.
But it works because, as Gwenpool puts it herself, the Marvel Universe is a made of decades of effort by thousands of creatives, hundreds of narratives weaved together into one continuity. That's what makes it beautiful to her.
And it is almost unique in that way, there's only other piece of art in the world like Marvel Comics, and that's DC Comics.
But put her into the MCU with the same attitude, trying to claim the same beauty, and it would feel like a souless corporate shill. It hasn't earned the same sort of legacy yet, and likely never will.
Because, simply put, the Tony Stark of eleven movies doesn't have the history you get from the Tony Stark of three thousand five hundred and forty-four comics.
