Smol! Reigen: Hey! Why did you call me master earlier? Where you come from, am I your master? 

Smol! Mob: Ah… Yes! He’s my master…. He taught me a lot of important things.  Smol! Reigen thinks: He’s sitting too close

Smol! Reigen: Ha ha Wow that’s amazing. Your world’s version of me sounds so cool! Aren’t we the same age here though?   Calling me master is so formal and weird, why don’t you just call me by my first name? 

Smol! Mob: uhh

Smol! Reigen: Well, my last name is pretty uncommon, and here I don’t have any friends that I’m close enough to to call me by my first name except Mob. Only my parents call me Arataka. 

ah, and I also have a sister, but she usually doesn’t call me by my name. Reigen’s sister: Hey! Asshole! those were MY snacks!  Reigen: Mom! sister is trying to kill me again! Mob thinks: Use Master’s first name? 

Smol Mob thinks: I’ve never called Master by his first name before. In this case his last name would be most appropriate. Isn’t using his first name inappropriately familiar? It feels so uncomfortable.

Smol Mob thinks: But this place is not the same as my world. Maybe calling Master by his first name is okay? I don’t know when things will go back to normal, and I can call him normally again.

Smol!Mob: ……..A…Ara 

Smol!Mob: Arataka!  Sfx: Bite! Caption: It’s going to be hard for him to break the habit of calling him Master. Smol!Reigen: Hey, did you bite your tongue?

Reigen:……. It’s as I suspected. If we look at it this way, it make sense. The same people from a parallel world are now switched. 

The common link is Mob’s psychic powers. In fact, this is probably a manifestation of the original Mob’s psychic powers. 

Reigen: If that is so, then the party who initiated the crossover would be privy to the most relevant information. 

Reigen looks up and the chair is empty Reigen: Eh? Where is he? Mob: Eh? Reigen flinches Reigen thinks: WHY IS HE SO CLOSE??!?

Mob: Ah… (he pulls back a bit)

My apologies, I keep thinking that you and the Arataka from my world are similar, so delicate, easily hurt and in need of protection. That’s why I’ve been keeping my eye on you. It’s a force of habit.  Reigen is pissed that he’s just been called delicate Reigen: What did you say! That is beyond disrespectful!!  Oh! And another thing. You cannot keep calling me Arataka.  Mob: ??? Are you not Arataka?   Reigen: Excuse me. You should not be calling me by my first name. It’s inappropriate.

Reigen: It’s not my place to comment on the nature of your relationship, but you, and the me from your world are way too inappropriately close.

Mob:….. Is what we call each other….. really that important? Caption: Mob doesn’t think using polite form is very important.  He’s willing to switch to using more polite form if Arataka wants

Reigen quivers: …… n…no  (He’s intimidated) Caption: But Reigen has only met him for 30 mins and doesnt quite understand.

A Mixup in the Timeline: Part I

Door Opening Noise Smol Reigen: Mob! Look what I got!  Takoyaki from that one stand! I asked for extra filling and…. toppings. Smol Mob: ? Smol Reigen: Who….Who are you? Smol Mob:…… M..Master? Smol Reigen: Eh? Master? Me??

Reigen: Dammit, Mob is late today…. We’re supposed to go eat at the korean bbq place. Ugh–I’m starving.  Door Closing Noise  Reigen: Uwah! Mob you scared me! You could have said somethi….(he trails off) Adult Mob: Arataka? The next few panels, “Arataka” is just echoing through Reigen’s head. Reigen thinks: WHO??  (Bewildered)

Smol Reigen: Ah, I see. You’re little Mob, from a different timeline. The world is truly full of strange unexplainable things.

Well, whatever, we can think this later. I’m starving! Let’s eat! (Caption He isn’t thinking about this at all) Smol Mob: Little Master is so carefree and innocent. Next two panels is Smol Reigen blowing on his takoyaki for several minutes while mob watches. Smol Mob thinks: Does he need it cooled?

Smol Mob: Um…Well, actually,…. if it’s okay with you… I can help you with that? Smol Reigen: ?? You wanna eat it? Here!~ Smol Mob: Ah?! Ah! I mean… No! I didnt mean I wanted to eat it!! Smol Reigen: Ah! Im sorry!

Reigen: We can probably make some deductions on this situation. The Middle school student Mob from my timeline likely ended up in your original timeline. How could something like this happen? Is there anything we can do to fix this? We have to think of something quick. Adult Mob: –STARE– Reigen Thinks: He hasn’t a word. He just keeps staring at me. Reigen: Hey….uh… is there something you’d like to add? Adult Mob: …..No….. I just think that….Adult! Arataka is rather hot. Reigen: Awkward silence

Adult Mob: ?
