Looks at me, looking right back at him. I grin, saluting him with my half-eaten creamsicle.

He winces, realizing he's been caught staring, gives an awkward half wave, and turns back around.

Me, remembering something I had read earlier on The Weather Network. Also, a nerd: "See that dot to the left of it? That's Jupiter."

Co-worker, confused: "Where?"

Me, points: "Just there."

Co-worker, spotting it: "Oh!"

Pause...

Co-worker, uncertain: "I thought that was the North Star?"

Me: "No..."

Pause.

Me, incredulous: "That's not even North..."

Co-worker, confused: "But I thought it was always near the Moon."

Me, wincing: "No..."
