Tips For CGs With POC(Specifically Black) Littles.
Tips for CGs with POC(Specifically Black) Littles.
-You can’t always run your fingers through their hair cause it’s normally treated or too curly and will end up hurting. (Also having box braids and other hair extensions can get messy with constant play)
-Hair products that help with dry hair will work better then the generic ones in stores (Their are black owned businesses that sell sweet kiddy smelling shampoo for curly hair) and you’ll be able to play with your littles hair during this time!
-Cocoa butter is good for all skin types.(also reduces stretch marks and it’s vegan/cruelly free)
-if your little is from a different country then America (Caribbean, Brazil, africa etc.) Try eating the traditional foods that they eat (asking your littles what they ate/did when they were younger can point you in the right direction) It can help them feel smol from nostalgia
-Always be sensitive when they talk about their skin/hair/features many poc kids/adults still struggle with loving their features and having someone being understanding helps TREMENDOUSLY!
-And last but not least, be kind to your little and make sure that they are as happy as they CAN be!

🧸Cozy-fying Your Space: Middle Edition🧸

Put up glow in the dark stars or other shapes on the wall and ceiling— one time I found glow in the dark Lisa Frank puppies at the thrift!
Room sprays or scented candles or wax melts in a scent that soothes you can make a big difference!
Find a cool lamp, like a shaped night-light or a lava lamp or even an LED neon wall hanging to give the room a nice atmosphere.
Hang up one of those mini hammocks to keep your plushie friends in. Especially good if you have too many to fit on your bed.
Put up artwork on the wall that you or your friends made. Not only does it make the room pretty, but it’s very personal!
If you have the space, set up a pile of pillows or a beanbag chair to chill out on.
Use Command hooks to hang your favorite clothes on the wall. This adds texture to the room, and you can easily swap it out for a different article of clothing!
Cover your headboard, dresser, or other furniture with STICKERS!
Print out posters of your favorite franchises and tape them up to your walls (or ceiling!)
Display your collectable toys! Ironically, this is helpful if you are private about your regression, because it makes it look like the only reason why you have the toys is because you collect them.
If that’s not your thing, you can also get cute fabric storage boxes to stash your toys and gear in.
Finally, get cute memos, put your favorite quotes or affirmations on them, and hang them on your walls!

Your room will look super pretty!
a│s : agere & pain days
each regression journey is different and sometimes agere + pain days will mix for whatever reason (personal or medical).
so i've made this to showcase some ideas to help make the pain day a little brighter + to remind you that you are still a valid regressor <3.
here are some tips from miss pumpkin to help <3
⭐ wear some comfy clothes/pj's to help with sensory issues!
⭐ soft foods (such as soup/fruit) to help with an upset stomach.
⭐ plushies for comfort!
⭐ bubble bath + muscle relaxer to help with stiff muscles.
⭐ heat pads/ hot water bottles to help with tense muscles/cramps.
⭐ extra pillows for body parts that need elevating.
⭐ don't be afraid to nap, it sometimes helps!
+ here are some low activity agere activites to enjoy!
⭐ watch some kid story books on youtube!
⭐ play some online games!
