It’s okay to let your little listen to metal or rock/alt rock music! many kiddos find comfort in the noise! just keep an eye they have it at a safe volume!
It’s okay to let your little play or fidget with piercings! (pending they are healed)
It’s okay to let your little colour in their tattoos! with washable markers!!
It’s okay to let your little wear whatever makes them comfortable! some kiddos don’t want to wear pastel colours!
It’s okay to let your little play video games! under supervision!

Signs your little age regressor is hungry
Grumpy/cranky
Throws tantrums for no specific reason
Crying/whining or throwing a small fit
If you see them rubbing at their tummy they’re probably hungry
Grabby hands
Chewing on things like their paci instead of sucking on it
Sucking on their fist/smacking their lips
Waking up and acting restless
If they are regressed to 12 months or less then expect
Waking up suddenly and more alert than usual
Moving their arms and legs around
Putting their fingers/fist into their mouth
Sucking on their lips or tongue
Moving their head from side to side
Making small baby noises out of nowhere (cooing, sighing, whimpering, etc.)
Making scrunched up faces
Acting fidgety, restless, squirming, fussing, or wiggling around.
Also if they’re at an old enough mental age you could always just ask! But sometimes little babies don’t know what’s good for them and don’t wanna tell you so just look for the signs.
