Soo I moved to London to try get somethin outta life more than that small town in Oklahoma was ever gonna offer me 3 months in an I was already wanting to go back man...

Got a couple people I know, not many though, but my roomie Matty.... the guy can be such a moron. not like he's mean, but we aint got anything in common at all, I was looking for a buddy who could show me round, we same age basically 25 and he looked like he was into same stuff, wanted him like be my brother from another mother. But nah, after I moved in found out he's hella narcissistic always buying new styles, he mad into vintage 70s fashion, plays old music very loud all the time, smokes joints like a furnace, and whenever I ask him if he wanna do something he always busy or just kinda like 'Its cool dude, not my thing' means we basically never speak and I heard him talking shit about his 'bore of a roommate Ashton' to friends.

I'd been out skating, walked in to Oasis blaring through Matty's boombox, him sat with 2 friends and a lotta empty bottles on the coffee table. He barely even noticed me until he perked up 'Who pissed in your coffee this morning lol?' he said jokingly, I just ignored him and went upstairs.

I just gamed for a few hours, missing my friends back home, I then went to get a coke from the kitchen and guess who was standing at the back door, smoking a joint as per usual he turned his head 'Got this party happenin over the street, that fancy place, you wanna come offers there but ur probs too boring man' he flicked the joint out the door and strutted past.

It was early afternoon and wondered what party he meant, like had there even been invites? He does know what's going on pretty much every night round here, any excuse for him to pose until I saw what he probably meant, that fancy white house over the road, never rlly paid attention to it before but today there was a gold Porsche pulling up outside, definitely someone with money, and who deffo don't mind standing out.

A lil while later bout 5pm I'd had to go out to the store, I got to near end of my street when I saw 2 gold Lambos turning into our street, wow more fancy cars in all gold? On my way back I was tryna find my keys when this gold Merc pulls up.

The dude that got out, fuckk I couldn't look away, the guy was so hot, gold football tracksuit, gold jordans, lotta gold chains. I wished that was me man.

It was 6:30pm when my door flew open, Matty leaned in 'Last chance mate you coming out or you gonna be boring as usual?' I was gonna just decline and not let him bother me, some reason tho, I said 'Okay then'. He looked surprised almost like he knew what I was gonna say and then I said the opposite 'Hurry tf up then I aint waiting around for ur arse'.

He had his two friends from before, plus me tagging along, we went out the front door as the sun was low in the sky and the other side of the street was lined with parked gold cars, you could hear the music inside the house already plus a few already kinda drunk people hanging around near the door.

Just as we were about to go in he stepped behind his two friends and pulled me aside 'Now try not make me look bad mate, aint rlly into football but this is being hosted by that new team for their new members, their rlly popular and don't want u embarrassing me ok?' I just nodded accepting that in Matty's eyes I was just there to make Matty look better.

The party was basically my idea of hell, rlly loud music, lotta people some drunk some not and I literally didn't know anybody apart from Matty so I basically found a quiet corner and tried my best to not look like I was desperate to get outta here. One of the guys dressed in gold then looked my way, he gave me a smile and I smiled back to be nice, he was deffo one of the guys hosting. He went off to talk to 3 other guys, one wearing full kit, one wearing a gold tracksuit and puffer jacket and the other a gold nike hoodie and gold football shorts, he glanced at me while talking to them. Shit I probs wasn't invited, and they noticed I aint meant to be here, the guy then turned and headed towards me I wanted to just run for the door but it was like my feet were glued to the floor.

The guy then sat down next to me 'Yo bro you okay?' I legit thought I was gonna get thrown out, fuck Matty would find that hilarious, 'Um, yeah man I'm okay' he grinned 'U don't look it bro, seen u come in with some peeps you not with em?' still basically on the edge of passing out I replied 'meh, they aint friends, I just tagged along' he leaned forwards to see my face more clearly 'Ahh well we all bros in the team ye, there for each other always, I'm Scott btw' 'Um I'm Ashton' 'U aint from round here are u bro?' 'Oklahoma' I replied he nodded 'U deffo looking like u need some bros mate, and maybe a lil payback on the peeps who ditched you' I looked up 'Its okay man am used to it' he offered me a glass with a golden coloured drink in it 'Take this bro, should help u out and if u wanna hang come sit with us ye?' he then got up 'Um, thanks man' I smiled back at him as he went back to the guys he was with earlier.

I had no idea what this drink was, or if it was spiked, of if i even liked it but what the hell, not like Matty gonna give a fuck if I come in wasted and it not like I live miles away, I basically downed it right away, fuck that was nice, wish I knew what it was.

It was then I felt it, idk what it was but it was weird like the room kinda became woozy, and felt a warmth across my skin. I then felt a knot in my stomach like I was gonna throw up 'Shit!' I slammed the glass down on a table and looked frantically for a bathroom, there wasn't one but I saw the stairs, gotta be a bathroom upstairs, and less people. I sprinted for the stairs and down the hallway at the top, all the doors looked identical in the dim light, I opened the nearest one into a rly fancy bedroom, I made it about halfway across the room when the pain in my stomach went away but then my whole body started to feel weird 'Fucking hell!' my mind started to go foggy as I watched the first things happen, my arms started to swell, not just my arms, all of me like my scrawny arms were growing to that of a gym rat!

My mind started to zone out, Bros need to train crossed it, wtf? You wanna be a bro don't u? U wanna join the team don't u? U wanna become gold don't u? WTF IS THIS as my I started to flex my arms, show off ur muscles bro be proud of em, time to gold up bro, become one of us.

The warmth on my skin increased and my arms then began to turn gold, not just my arms but my entire body, I pulled off my hoodie to see my torso slowly fading to gold, was like it was spreading!

Further and further, up to my neck, I looked in the mirror opposite the bed, my face as well, fuckk help me!

The sensation continued, I felt my body begin to change more, my eyes started to turn gold as well, my hair started to fall out like all of me was turning into a shiny gold muscle freak, my mind was barely able to keep up, zoning in and out to see the changes happening. Growing, golden, bro.

It was then my thoughts began to morph, fuck this felt nice, I feel like a bro 💛 a golden bro 💛 one of the team 💛 one of the golden army 💛

It was then my body froze, like a huge golden statue, frozen in the position, flexing its huge muscles, I felt my conscious sink into a golden haze I felt amazing, beneath the golden skin, my mind and body began to transform...
