so, i kinda didn't realize that i've grown up(ish) with cary and leigh. my mom loved making us watch the princess bride when we were little and i adored watching insidious with my friends. as i've started growing up, i've grown up with them. i watched cary in stranger things, leigh in various movies, and it's like. jesus. anyways, back to the original post, i'm almost afraid to see the 20 year thing that's going on cause like CARY AND LEIGH 💔 ADAM AND LARRY 💔💔 THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO GROW OLD TOGETHERRRR 💔

chainshipping but they're alive and kicking years, decades later. they're fatter, they both have more wrinkles and less hair, and they've never been happier, scars and all. lawrence has to use his chair more and more. adam has to wear prescription glasses and finds it so unfair since lawrence was the one with reading glasses first. they're as sappy together as they were when they first got together because they know all too well how quickly, how terribly, things can change.
