Liushen Drabble 01

“Shen. I’m leaving now.”

“Mn,” Shen Yuan moved towards the door where Liu Qingge was preparing to head out to the gym.

Crossing his arms over his chest, he leant against the wall, a lazy smirk blooming on his face as he watched the other man shrug into his jacket.

Liu looked over at him with a raised eyebrow as he finished pulling on his jacket but didn’t say anything, instead moving to sit down and pull on his socks.

Seeing that Liu Qingge still did not appear to realise anything was amiss, Shen Yuan rolled his eyes.

“Hey.” he said just as Liu stood up, reaching for his sports duffle and helmet which were seated on the floor by Shen Yuan’s feet.

”What is it?” Liu asked as he slung the duffle over his shoulder before turning to look at Shen Yuan fully, bike helmet tucked under one arm.

“Haven’t you forgotten something?” he said instead, answering Liu’s question with another question.

Liu Qingge frowned, as he thought over the question seriously before his face abruptly cleared.

To Shen yuan’s complete and utter surprise, Liu Qingge leant over stiffly and planted a small kiss on his cheek.

“Ah wuh..” He sputtered, as his face turned a bright shade of red. “No! Wrong! Completely wrong!”

He exclaimed, his voice rising at the end. ”I meant this! THIS!!” he said, embarrassment colouring his features as he opened his hand to reveal Liu’s wallet and keyring. “I meant this.. but uh. Well...thanks.” he said awkwardly.
