She’d take one look at him, with his lightsaber ignited, and say something biting like “you hide behind a mask because you fear the monster you’ve become” and he’d just cry.

what if in the lost cities, everyone is beautiful, not because of them looking like models in human standards but because they're all living beings with thoughts and emotions and everyone looking different is a good thing because it highlights them all being different people with thier own personalities, beauty isn't defined by a checkbox for them.
