DO NOT DO THIS.

DO NOT DO THIS.
This makes me so angry.
If you work in a movie theater and you do this I have no respect for you.
My younger brother is Type 1 Diabetic.
When we go to a movie theater, we always get him diet soda. If he were to get regular when we asked for diet, we would not give him the insulin he would need for it. If that happens, his blood sugar level could go so high he could go into a coma, go blind, or even die.
If somebody gave him regular soda instead of diet without telling us, that person could be responsible for a nine-year-old being killed or blinded.
Just thinking about that makes me so angry. I get scared every time we take him to a movie in case the people working there saw this picture and decide to do the same thing.
Please signal boost this so people know.

Y'all out here saying adrien is a sentimonster cause of the last 30 seconds.
You are missing the point of the scene.
THAT SCENE WAS GABRIEL REALIZING HE COULDNT TELL HIS SON HE WAS SHADOWMOTH.
If Adrien rebelled against him over something like this, what makes him think Adrien would help him when he is a villain?!
Like seriously, the scene is supposed to show the isolation that Adrien is going to be going through.
sorry theres not a single person on this website id pay to follow idc if we’ve been mutuals for six years, if you put up a paywall we’re done
Ok folks big ol life update and new e-spanging campaign time.
We still don't have the kid, which is not ideal for us or her but it's time for us to buckle the fuck down and put on our own oxygen masks first.
Attempts to find work camping or trailer park spots all failed, BUT our axle finally came in so we're getting that replaced soon.
We're going to be homeless beginning July 12 but NOT living only in the pickup truck, so that's a plus. We'll mostly just be boondocking with the trailer on public forest land for the most part.
Unemployment has fucked us, we're at 5 weeks without payments coming through, and attempts to contact them get either a flat busy signal or disconnected before we ever get through to anyone. Money is now A Problem, especially since one of our tires on the trailer is fucked and will need to be replaced before we can take the trailer to Portland to have the axle done.
The good:
Some friends want to get a place with us, and are willing to be homeless with us in the interim. This means we can go in to town work odd jobs, panhandle and apply for jobs and look for housing while still having someone back at camp keeping an eye on things (this was a huge concern for us before, as we are firm believers in both the buddy system and Murphy's law in regards to doing shit and leaving our stuff unattended.).
A few incredibly generous folks have helped us out some, and we *think* we have enough money for the tire replacement and the axle replacement as long as neither goes very much over the quoted cost. (It will still take us dangerously close to zero though)
We have a truck, and since it's summer we should be able to find some gigs helping people move or hauling junk to the dump or whatever.
The ugly:
Offering skillshare services for donations online is probably off the table for now, as most of the places we're going to be able to set up camp are outside of cell service areas. In person skillshare for folks in Oregon and Washington is 100% still a possibility. (Cooking, camping, bdsm, fishing, outdoors stuff, car stuff, trailer life stuff, homelessness tips, dog training, etc. My skills are varied.)
That means that unfortunately for the online crowd we're now straight up begging. We're hoping to figure out jobs and a place as soon as possible but realistically expect getting housed to probably take until September because there is currently a massive rental shortage in the pnw. We need to get by until then, and anything helps.
If anyone has temporary yard space for a trailer and some crustyish queers in nw Oregon/SW Washington that's super helpful too.
Also if anyone knows anyone in Oregon or Washington with a 3-5 bedroom house for rent (with space for a trailer in either the yard or the driveway- just for parking not living, we actually need to do some repairs that require us to not live in it while we do them) please get in touch with us.

Y'all have kept us afloat so many times already and it doesn't feel great to always be so precarious, but things are how they are. Love y'all! 🖤💖
