I clearly play favorites.

I just love leosagi as a dynamic.

Like in 87, they are these silly culture shock bros and they both miscommunicate so much. Usagi has tried to kill Leonardo a few times too but like it, was over honor and duty so they're cool.

Then with 03 they're basically just dating. They're in love. I mean who gets each other swords for Christmas? Them. And they're adorable for it.

With 12 it's more like Usagi is the only positive adult role model in his life. He's a cool, honor-bound, bodyguard samurai and he gives Leo a break and helps him and is just nice.

Rise they haven't met at all but that's ok. I just imagine it'll be a spectacular disaster. By technicality, Leo of Rise is a yokai and Usagi of the samurai chronicles is a Yokai hunter SOOOO...... Anyways I think they'd be besties (maybe even more 😏) just depends on how they meet.

TMayNT day 15: I don't feel particularly strong about any of the Karais so I ended up drawing Shiraishi An from Project Sekai: Colorful Stage instead. They're both characters that are kinda doomed by the narrative but in the recent Vivid Bad Squad event she finally opened up about her insecurities with her singing partner Kohane.

She has uncanny similarities to Karai's story in 2012. Like how her family (and the town she grew up in) lied to her about how a prominent female figure in her life died. She's trying to surpass the impossible, with impossible expectations weighed upon her. And she's also Japanese lol. I'm way more attached to An because despite everything she's still an absolutely amazing friend. She's got a gigantic heart for literally anyone and everyone. She'll help people even if they've wronged her. An is literally the character EVER.

This is a redraw of the card from that event. Idk. I started a Niigo and Leo/need stan but ended up becoming the biggest VBS fan ever.

How long do you typically spend on each TMayNT drawing? Of the ones you've done so far, which one took the longest? Which one was the quickest?

It depends on each one honestly but I tend to range 2-3 hours. The more details or characters per drawing the longer it takes. I work full time through the week so usually after working (+ overtime) I come home and finish up all my chores and I only have a small window to draw before I have to go to bed. 🥲

The one that took me the longest was Day 1, 2, and 5. And those ones took me just a little above the 3 hour mark. (I stayed up late for 2 and 5) 😎

My quickest was actually the most recent, Day 10. I think that one took just about an hour. I was happy to go to bed at a normal time for once 😂

This TMayNT challenge has really helped me to get back into regularly posting and just drawing daily. I was in a big art funk.
