“We are not going to get through this chapter.” Lando groaned as he and Ginge were killed once more. With a team of two, it was difficult when everyone else was packed in threes and fours. “What if i…” Ginge trailed off. “You mind if I invite someone? Just for a few minutes?” “I honestly don’t care anymore. I just don’t wanna keep getting shot in the back of my head.” Lando sighed, moving out of the camera frame to sip from his redbull. 

“Who you inviting?” “You’ve met Dev, right?” Lando scrunched his name at the unfamiliar name. “Dev?” He repeated the name, confused. “I’ve not many devs-- oh.” He was surprised to see the skin of spiderman 2099 join his team, the ding from the discord voice chat ringing in his headphones. “You owe me ginge.” Lando was even surprised to hear a female voice. 

“Dxvildare03.” The brunette read out the gamer tag. “Devi is fine.” You replied, nonchalantly. “Wait, Dev. What time is it at yours?” Lando could hear ginge snickering as he asked the question. “Three am.” you replied, sighing. That explained your low and tired tone of voice. “Where are you?” Lando scrunched his face, confused. Your accent sounded North American to him. “Australia.” You hummed.

Your little team of three quickly jumped from the flying school bus not long after. It didn’t take Lando long to warm up to you. Even in a tired state you were making jokes and bullying ginge. “Lando lando, go to the tennis court.” “tennis court? Why?” 

He listened nonetheless, seeing the miguel o'hara avatar pop up on his screen, carrying ginge’s peter griffin skin. “I hear, formula one driver’s new hyper fixation is padel.” You joke, tossing ginge on the other side of the court.

Lando was already laughing, picking up ginge and throwing him back, all while the ginger was arguing and trying to stop them in the background. Ginge did eventually die, watching you and Lando sort through his inventory. “I need ammo.” “I have ammo.” you offered, dropping the item for him. “Thank youuuu.” If Lando looked at his chat, he’d see all the teasing comments. He was smiling widely, clearly enjoying his time.

“I’m still here.” You’d almost forgotten ginge was there. You were able to revive him on time though, as to which he chased you around for a good while. The group were able to get a few kills here and there, with you getting the most, probably because the two boys were being idiots and you had their backs. “Did you just moan your own name?” You chuckled after hearing Lando scream his name while almost escaping death.

“Nyah.” his voice rang through your headphones, low and slow. You couldn’t hold the laugh that escaped your mouth as ginge pretended to enjoy it. “That wasn’t for you mate.” Lando scolded, clicking his tongue. In the corner of your screen, you could see Lando’s head peeking from behind a tree while you try to take out a sharp shooter. “Damn, look at that ass.” You were wheezing now. 

You had to let go of your controller to muffle your laughs with your hand. Pressing a few buttons, your miguel o'hara avatar started emoting, more like twerking. “Oh yeah.” That was your breaking point. You were laughing on the floor, no longer tired and sleepy. In the moment of weakness you were shot, but that was alright. “One second guys, I need a red bull.” putting your headphones down. 

When you returned you found both boys arguing, it seems you lost the game again. “What’s your favourite red bull flavour?” Was the first thing Lando asked once you announced your return. “Yuk, that's such a basic flavour.” You rolled your eyes playfully. Opening your phone, you scrolled through twitch till you found Lando’s stream. Clicking on it, you saw him hide to sip his own red bull.

“Says the one who’s probably drinking the normal one.” You snicker. “I honestly mistook you for a redbull fan in that shirt.” Lando gasped at your comment. You could see him lean closer to his screen to see if you’re in the chat. You took the opportunity and sent the middle finger which made lando gasp offended upon seeing it, flipping the camera off which was directed to you. “You see this?” He asked, looking straight into the camera. 

“My god, your eyes look stupid.” Lando gasped, standing up and pushing his arm chair back, he pointed at you faking hurt and pain.”I’m being bullied, chat. She’s bullying me.” “I’m gonna see that all over my fyp.” Ginge groaned in the background. 

“Umm, panic mode. The sun is rising.” Lando looked at you confused at your words. “The sun is rising? What’s wrong with that, you muppet?” “Do all British people say stupid insults?” you shoot back. “Honestly, what the fuck. I know what I’m getting you for christmas.” “Oh shit, more Christmas presents?” Lando asked, sitting back politely. “Keep me on your good kids list.” He huffed, more like demanded. “Absolutely not. Straight to the naughty list, Mr. Norris” You laughed.

“DxvilsDare03.” Lando mumbled as he typed the name in google. Results show up instantly, the first link being twitch. And through a few more minutes of research, such as stalking your instagram and twitter, Lando has found results.
