I have not seen a single person say something negative about Ally Beardsley that could not easily apply to every single cast member of d20, INCLUDING all of the intrepid heroes. "Making jokes in serious moments" is something everybody who has every played D&D has done. There is nothing uniquely negative about Ally. I would consider them unique in positive ways, but...huh, I wonder what about them would make people disproportionately attack them over all of their coworkers....its almost like they're different in a way that people can have a bias against...
