I'm obsessed with what eating 1,500 calories above my BMR everyday for 3 months has done to my body. I've got a doctor's appointment coming up in a few weeks and I think it might be the first time I'll be officially designated as overweight. I'm unbelievably nervous but at the same time it's the most amazing thing I can imagine happening - just having an objective diagnosis as being fat makes me feel so happy and fulfilled. Like, once I have a bold red BMI in my medical chart, I feel like I can really start to enjoy being open with people in my real life that it's such a challenge for me to keep my weight down and how I haven't been able to stop getting slowly heavier for over a year now. Lay people LOVE commiserating on how they can't control themselves around food and are trying to slim down, but I was always too shy to join in before. But now I'm turning into a real fatty so I can finally be honest that I'm significantly heavier than I should want to be 😩🙃😭🐷 and growing 😳😭🐽

The overhang is getting so serious this time around with the regains 🤤 let’s keep this piggy fed hehe
