I use a figure ruler with 'Roundness of corner' set to 60 to make the panel guides

And then manually fill them in with this brush (set to about size 40 and with anti-aliasing off)

oh yeah! and a doodle for a friend of their sona's headshot they'll be able to use for coloring and stuff while they work on their ref sheet. those horns took some time to get the angle right, but i really like how this turned out too!
