officially starting a campaign to make jellyfish the dissociation mascot. i know a good amount of autistic people like the idea of cats as their mascot, i feel like this would be a similar concept. 

this would be for anyone with any primary dissociative issues: DPDR, DID, OSDD, etc, and also include those with more nebulous things where their own dissociation is prominent: PTSD, ADHD, BPD, Depression, Anxiety, etc.

Reasons:

jellyfish are literally the embodiment of “no thoughts, head empty”

they just exist in their own time and place and float along

drifting in the current and sometimes fight against it

basically i am a human jellyfish when i dissociate
