and i do feel lighter after it, a bit gladder, like i lit a nightlight in the corner of my mind to keep me company in the dark bedroom of depression. thanks bud. pat pat.

and i look at it and think, how can i make income off of this? it's shoddy, would others pay for this?

instead of a wedding, heres an idea

i realized why i do and do not like weddings. so i dont care about the wedding itself, the ceremony, and the focus of it being about one/two persons (i still dont wanna get married).

Now, what I DO like is the pomp and getting dressed up. THEREFORE ive concluded that what I actually want is a Met Gala Potluck Party---!!!! bc i just want to 1, TURN LOOKS; 2, EAT FOOD; and 3, HAVE FUN n DANCE.

so forget a "wedding", I want a Met Gala Potluck Party. aka everyone turn up in your best look (or 3), we all take fabulous photos. everyone bring your favorite dish to share, then clear the dance floor bc we are dancing the night away

Australia is currently petitioning to make it that all gender confirming surgeries for transgender individuals are covered by Medicare. This is absolutely huge as surgeries are super expensive even with private health insurance.

It doesn't ask for an address or phone number or anything so I think anyone in the world can sign for it? But I'm not entirely sure.

EDIT: yeah you gotta be a citizen, so if you're outside the country, if you could reblog this to reach more Australians, this would be amazing!
