I honestly think it's really sweet that Morty is the only one (Besides maybe Dr. Wong but we never see it directly) that can talk Rick out of doing something unhealthy, the most obvious example is Solaricks, when he stops Rick from hunting Prime even if it's only temporarily, but this also happens in Auto Erotic Assimilation when Rick stopped trying to contact Unity when Morty brings up that they were supposed to see a movie. He also got Rick to lay off of Jerry in Anaylze Piss, which isn't exactly him stopping Rick from being unhealthy, but he's stopping Rick from being a dick. Rick also pretty clearly trusts Morty, literally trusting Morty with his life in mutiple episodes.

Rick fucking cares about Morty more than anything and literally trusts him WITH HIS LIFE but because of his trauma and communication issues, he can't show it properly, so Morty thinks he doesn't care. This fucking show man.

Someone animate Alastor but it's with Bill Cipher voice lines. I knoooow, the voice won't really fit him but the things said definitely do.
