“What kind of image do we have? Yeah, we look quite free, and sound a bit selfish, such a band. We were born as idols, and we’re still idols now. At first, I didn’t really like it. Idols are supposed to have big smiles on their faces and be serious. And though we gathered because we wanted to play music, we had a lot more work like variety shows and magazine shoots. So I wondered, ‘Why am I doing this now?’ I worried and had arguments with the agency for several years, but now we want to grow up. Now we think that we should earnestly do what we didn’t like, such as variety shows and magazine interviews, in order to do what we really want to do, such as music, band, and live performances. Even if we pretend to be serious in some TV programs, everybody, please be patient. We really want to do music so give us more power. We will make good songs for you. Let’s go together until we die as we promised!“
