WHO IS THIS GUY

he's casting bloodflame magic, so "mother" could reference the formless mother that mogh worships ... but this doesn't fully make sense

my theory is that he's the child of Mohg and Miquella, that he's asking Miq why the tarnished is her champion

the outfit is very similar to eleonora the bloody finger as well...

mogh is all about his dynasty...I think this has to be his heir
