Factors range from how attached you were to each other, the healthiness of your friendships/social network, how mutual the breakup is, potential internalized misogyny and lesbophobia or misogyny and lesbophobia in your immediate environment, if you dealt with breakups before, how well you handle your own feelings, etc.
