What I want in terms of Blake story this season...
Blake breaks down and tells about what happened to Yang and stuff once her dad pushes to know what happened. Which then clues in Sun that his chances are very low leading to him backing down, becoming just a friend and gaining a chance to gain actual likeable characterization.
Make whoever the Sister Illya is be infatuated with Blake, which would not only show that LGBT people EXIST in remnant, but would also serve as a way to introduce the idea that Blake can be legit queer and actually open up the possibility of actual textual romance with Yang.
End the season with Blake rushing to save Yang from WF attack, finding empty home on patch(with Yang having survived the attack and having left in search of Raven), reuniting with Weiss who just ran away from Atlas and came in search of Ruby and having to start a search for Yang which starts with finding Ruby.
That’s pretty much all that is needed to fix Blake’s storyline so far.
