slightly   parted   lips   close   and   turn   upwards   ——   he   tries   to   ignore   how   chapped   they   are   at   the   moment   ,   and   instead   focuses   on   her   ,   on   brooke   .  never   ,   in   all   his   years   of   life   ,   had   he   found   someone   like   her   .   sure   ,   he’d   made   friends   along   the   way   ,   met   people   who   loved   him   selflessly   and   without   any   judgement   .   .   .   but   no   one   looked   at   him   the   way   she   did   ,   in   the   way   that   her   eyes   seemed   to   soften   and   look   upon   the   dirty   orphan   beggar   without   a   shred   of   judgement   .   it   was   so   refreshing   .   .   .
