While I was replaying Pn2 again I noticed Donatella mumble this line "...Pain, of course! But the children are strong."

Makes me believe that Dona teaches and has the children perform dangerous tricks, whether they get hurt or not. I'm sure she would make sure her children are okay but continue to have them perform said tricks.

That's why I like art or Fics of Dion and even Frazie pushing themselves to create a bigger performance that does the Aquato's name and phrase justice. Especially because they're the oldest and more than likely have a lot of pressure.
